That would be a waste of time....Just go back 50 years earlier, buy a couple of Black Patti shellac and trade them today for all the vinyl in the world ;)
@@MakeMeLoveYeah I think what he was pointing out is that you don't pluralise the word vinyl. Its like the word fish, you have one fish, you have many fish. I have one vinyl, I have a lot of vinyl.
Nug Chompah I thought that the plural expression ‘vinyls’ might be what he pointed out but, how could a man live not considering the grammatical flexibility? Coffee or coffees, which is right? Damn
Gawdamn the quality! Once again, amazing vid. That last beat just drifts you into a better space idk how to describe it. That first beat gave me nujabes vibes, dope beats
This guy has some talent for picking the right samples. Along with the drums and style it's the real hip hop sound. Love how he sticks to the old vintage gear too.
I'm a user of the MPC studio slim and run Pro Tools and Studio One for my daws. This is my first MPC and I love it. I make some sample based beats from time to time. My style is boom bapish. I've always been a fan of the classic boom bap hip hop sound of Premo, Pete Rock, Lord Finesse, J Dilla, Tribe Called Quest, Roots, etc.....
This makes me want to dig through my closet and find my old MPC. I forgot how much fun they can be. The one thing that was NOT fun were those shoeboxes full of floppy disks I used to save my samples on lol.

Always looking forward to watching a new video from you. Love the edits. You always include the journey to the samples. That's so dope! A random question; where do you get your plants? Thanks for sharing your gift and I look forward to the next one brother!
@maartn Yes! Evil Maartn is back!!! Lol, jk. Man the beat along with the mix of retro visuals at the end is really dope! Really sick video editing on this one!👍🏽‼️
You knocked it out of the park again bud. Great fucking job. For someone who's still learning mixing & mastering, everything's sounding really nice & crisp.
Heej Maartin, Just start checking out your videos, and as an old school b-boy really enjoyed watching. Love the gear and great to watch your workflow. The record store Demonfuz is really the place to be and love to visit. Keep up the good work and take care!

That's an interesting looking cash register you got there.
Its like you time traveled from the past to keep Hiphop alive.
If I only could time travel lol, would go back to the 70s and buy all the vinyl lol

MAARTN fav mpc??
I love the reverence the Europeans have for the art form
We give it the respect it deserves haha
Shit im from america bro i keeps it real w the steel.... If europeans do cool too
Tim Burton Different styles. I love Italian Hip Hop. Always very lyrically conscious. So is French Rap. But America wins on that cause we got Dilla.
I don't.
Man, you're wearing baggy jeans in 2020. You deserve a like just for this.
Me too since 90s. I'll never change that style.

No skinny jeans for me, I'm skinny enough myself lol
@@MAARTN FAM...I just subscribe just bc of this comment...
And also that you know REAL hip hop too...lol.....
You definitely got the tools and talents. First 3 MPCs I ever used. 60 II in 1993. 3000 in 1995. Finally, 2000 in 1997 to current.
8:57 ah the good old turn-the-room-into-a-cave moment
You're a real Crate Digger. I love the way you work with all those vinyls, mpcs and s950. Keep digging bro.
AriesBrother78 what do mean by ‘vinyl’?
NightGunLee 나의권리 a 12 inch a record
Londonps I know that but why did you say ‘vinyl’ ? I just wonder if there is something wrong with my my comment.
