Wing Sung 699 is a plunger filling fountainpen.
Yes, the copy of Pilot custum 823
Shape, size, filling system, allmost same.
There is two version of pen.
One is 14K golden nib, and other is steel.
Gold nib version uses intransparent grip.
Cause nib has a huge square economy hole.
Steel nib is transparent grip.
Size of line width is 0.5mm(F) and 0.7mm(M)
Both of nib is almost same. stiffness, smoothness, line width...
Gold nib just little bit softer then steel nib, but I think steel nib is batter.
Filling system is plunger, allmost same with 823.
Smooth and nice operate.
Total chamber size approx. 2.4ml,
First fill 1.5g, second 1.8g
