Each of these videos makes me feel like William is slowly realizing just how ridiculous the life he leads is. I'm happy for him, because if you can't take time to appreciate those sorts of things it can feel like nonstop work for a largely unappreciative audience.
This, but I'm glad he realizes it in a way that makes him want to embrace it :-) some people could be like "WTF am I doing with my life" and go look for a normal job ; but our William? He loses his house to a fire he didn't even start, and his reaction is "maaan I wish one of my stupid contraptions did that" and he buys an excavator! True hero, very inspirational, much wow :-)
1. Chinese manufacturers are better 2. Can't donate a car with a tree on it to Goodwill 3. Amazon bandaids are cheaper 4. How to use a sewing machine 5. Reject society, follow your dreams
What is anyone going to do with it, file a false hit and run just to cause a minor annoyance for him? He's not in protective custody and has a unique name. If someone wanted to be a creep about it there'd be easier ways to find him
Generally, it's _other_ people who are a bit more concerned about their plates showing up in someone's video, because they didn't provide permission. Yeah, there is information you can get from plates, but William practically films 85% of his life for youtube. There isn't much people we could get from the plates without actually being in law enforcement or security.
I bought a sewing machine a few weeks ago, it's not a computerised one like the one they have there, so I can understand his amazement/confusion with the plethora of stitches. But I felt it when he caught his finger with the needle clamp... I did that once, and once was enough.
He just needs to watch every Micarah Tewers video so that he can learn her methods. If they made a collab video together it would be the most chaotic thing in the world.... and it would be great.
The whole "it's like a plane cockpit!" Part was pretty funny, sewing machines always have so many settings feet and patterns so they can effectively sew nearly anything, I know my mom's machine has a manual for it about as big as a cars and I've had to leaf through it a few times when things go wrong. Good to see will picking up the basics!
On the other hand, I have my mom's old kenmore machine from the 80s and it has zigzag stitching and that's it. Thing is a TANK and has held up great to my abuse and half-assed sewing projects :). It is confusing to thread so that's definitely a minus.
I own a print shop and a customer asked me about custom printed bandaids and $8 for 20 is very reasonable. They are surprisingly expensive for custom printed ones.
From angle grinder cotton candy machine to 8 and a half minutes of being a real dude wearing an among us costume and getting roasted by his mom. I love this format and I love the journey to get here. Perhaps instead of bandaids what about duct tape.
As someone that is proficient in sewing and watches William because I just like watching him be creative in a field I know nothing about (mechanical engineering) this was a surprising treat seeing him struggle to use a sewing machine (also yes stretchy fabric is hard to sew on a normal domestic machine but also sewing is just hard anyway so don't feel bad, William)
He got a lot of money when his house burned down through donations, then for years was just stressing about it and not doing anything with it. People donated for for him to use it though, so it's nice to see he got a patch of land and looks to be building a house or something.
He’s got a massively popular UA-cam channel now, with millions of views on most videos, and big brand sponsorships. Plus a really successful merch store in Cat Warehouse. And his wife has a solid job with a regular paycheck, healthcare etc. He’s doing just fine.
@@hanvyj2 I also think he got a major bump in sales and donations when he said he quit. I still hate him for that and still hold a grudge. He is clearly lazy and does not take the whole youtube thing seriously at all. The 2nd channel is what the main channel should have been. Yet because he is lazy and the people that work for him convinced him that these dumb videos are overall better than his main channel he is now doing more of them.
$8 for 100 bandaids is arguably better I appreciate the honesty. I'll buy catwarehouse bandaids after my next paycheck. The real q is how much is shipping
Honestly if you put a chemical/bio filter on the air pump, the Amogus suit could be a legitimate hazmat suit. Positive pressure keeps contaminants out. Petition for William to visit a nuclear waste dump
It's an incredible moment when you realize that what everyone else thinks of you doesn't matter, and you don't have to do anything for anyone else. Thanks for the video, Big Willy
i also broke my hole about 4-5 months ago its good that you are bringing attention to us that have broken holes another banger willy thank you for your work
I agree; if you want to do something, you've just gotta do it regardless of whether someone else might think you're stupid. People around my age seem to like to quote Jake the Dog from Adventure Time on this concept, who says, "Sucking at something is the first step to being sort of good at something."
I sincerely love these last few videos. It reminds me of myself on a day off. Just starting a project and ending up stopping constantly to do random other tasks throughout the day, too funny.
“Look at me now” has one foot in the ground. William my man; I love your work your attitude your comedy it’s just hard sometimes to tell if you thought about the comedy or it’s just sad misfortune.
I think sewing, especially basic hand sewing is a very useful skill. Mostly depending on what you do and enjoy, i do loving history and enjoy it and find sewing helps with bringing the cost on projects and generally can make any impression I want or need all with the right fabric, patterns and skill.
It was amazing watching him achieve something in a single video! I know this is a tangent of a tangent but I am so happy for him and its actually crazy he learned a sowing machine in one go.
I've been sewing for pretty much all my life, I've used the fancy electric ones with multiple settings and the old school ones on a table with one setting. I personally like the old school ones because they give you a straight line and it also makes me think of my great grandma. I wanna see Will try and sew things by hand cause it's a pain
I was taught how to use a sowing machine when in third grade. We had crafting as a subject and every semester we would switch between sowing and woodworking, this went on until ninth grade and it was a lot of fun.
I appreciate him 'learning' how to sew, but why didn't he just use a heat transfer patch of the same material? Love you William, never stop being complicated
I'm about to buy a pack of bandaids now... Seeing the look on her face when Will said that is what sold it for me. That was harsh, Will!! I feel so bad XD plus the designs are kinda dope ngl.
William, now that you can sew you should buy 1000 of those inflatable Among Us suits and sew then together to make yourself the big one you need. It will be like an Among Us Eldritch horror god.
Ngl I bought some socks tshirts and hats from Cat Warehouse and I regret nothing. I have Raynaud’s so thick socks are important and that’s exactly what I got. Super thick and soft socks. All of the shirts are good quality and the hat is adorable. Oh and it arrived quickly! Very happy with my purchase!
Sewing is pretty difficult but simple stitching is totally doable and everyone should try - I fixed my granmas old jersey and felt amazing - also our old sewing machine pulls it forward, pulling the fabric is just so it doesnt crinkle/you want it to edge it in another direction
I hope Will realizes that every time he turns on the camera he just makes gold. He can make a video about nothing and it would still be interesting and fun to watch.

Ooohhh... yeah she defo couldnt handle him otherwise

The bit when William tells his mum she's going to poke him in the eye, then it cuts to him wearing safety goggles, is the purest comedy.

I think William is actually better financially at this time compared to a couple years ago.
Mostly because he has land.
