I am a first-generation American whose parents hail from T&T. I returned to Trinidad last October after being absent for 40 years to see family and remember where I lived for a part of my childhood. I also came back in early Oct of 2023. Having said that, it's amazing for me to have stumbled across your vlog, I'm learning so much more about the island and I love it. Thank you!
I’m glad you’re able to learn about your parents home through the videos and hope to inspire you to explore more whenever next you touch down…or should I say whenever you get chance General Lando, lol
@@TrinbagoVibes 😂😂😂
I get hungry one time lmao 😂😂
Lol, it happens
Singh's doubles is the best
It was a good one indeed
Next time you're in Central, a great doubles stop is just outside Price Plaza, it's a doubles van that fries hot on the spot. The name is Debe Indian Delicacies. Real good customer service too!! And its $5 an item (doubles, saheena, pie etc)
Ohh, think I tried them already unless it’s another truck in the time I spent a day in Chaguanas, they were right off the main road…but next rounds
I have to take a ride with you a day just to have a taste of these things you eat lol😂😅😂😅😂😅😂🎉

Nice relaxing video showing us your daily drive. Great one as always.
Thanks Amarlie 🙏🏽
As you started out your predawn car journey, it felt like you were driving to the airport to catch a morning flight. Thanks for taking us with you to "work". The doubles are a welcome treat. I am glad you found the breakfast places.
Lol, that’s totally understandable as most flights are early morning ones and especially a good tasting doubles

Rain of blessings my brother!!
That it is bro
I was happy for that rain yes
Yeah, it was about time d place cool down
That's a nice morning drive. Idk but whenever I have to be on the road thay early, it feels calm and relaxing. It's like you have the whole place for yourself. On another note, decentralizing the government; I heard one of the political parties leader saying they would do that if they were to ever come into office. That would definitely ease up traffic.
It most definitely would, but I don’t think that may happen anytime soon and yeah the early morning drive is more serene
I love this video, love to see our country. Be careful on the road, thank you for taking us all the way. Doubles looks delicious.
That it was and I’m happy you enjoyed it
A lovely drive.
Thank you 🙏🏽
No traffic to Sando! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
I actually loved this one bro, hope to see more like it!
Glad you enjoyed it bro

Sauce Doubles... just as you exit into Chag ? I live in POS and worked in Chag ,so i " escaped " the traffic . Bro i agree with you on what we have in the country . Denise said it well . I will say no more on this subject . Good history lesson bro . Thanks so much for the take along . Positive vibes . And to you and all the trinbago family , be alert ,be safe and have a blessed day .🤗
Nice, although it feels like Chag has traffic on a morning, have a blessed one bro
Miss Trinidad nothing home love from New York
Whoaa 🙌🏽🙌🏽
Hey Rajeev. I would like to recommend my doublesman I have been going to a couple years now. Which I have found to be one of the best (if not the best) I have come across. His doubles is very tasty. He is located in charlieville about a minute drive pass Nick's bread and channa. Just look on the right side of the road for a blue tent right next to Ainsbury supermarket. You Won't Regret It!
Whoaa, thanks for this info, will definitely check him out one of these days
@TrinbagoVibes no problem bro. You will definitely enjoy
@TrinbagoVibes slight correction, it's a white tent!
Rajeev if u dont mind me asking where do u work?
In San Fernando near Skinner Park 😁
Kk tnks i was curious
Is your windshield ceramic coated? 😂😂
Unfortunately not
The way Trinidad is going better we never became a Republic nah. Total failure when it comes to good governance.
We had moments of good governance, otherwise we would never be complaining and we can get back to those times
@@TrinbagoVibes I disagree. We were lucky to be blessed with rich oil and gas reserves so incompetent leadership has always been masked by gov't ability to dip into that source of income and waste it rather than implement strategic policy to grow/diversify the economy. When people say "bring back the old time days" they're referring to before we became a Republic or right after. Don't get me wrong I am grateful for all the resources we were blessed with but I hate how our leaders have sqaundered it.
@@bradsuarez2683 ihu, especially as we have a case study that was similar to us (Singapore)
