It's nice to see that the public transportation infrastructure in Trinidad is being maintained. I used it a lot growing up in Trinidad, from my CIC to UWI days and always loved that you can get pretty much anywhere in Trinidad on the cheap without a car. Watching this brought back good memories.
Now, no public transport system is perfect but compared to some places in the world Trinidad is pretty good.
Agreed, especially as it allows school kids with uniform and peeps over 60’to ride for free as well
I'm a huge fan of this local Trinbago UA-cam Channel❤ PTSC buses are my one and only favorite vehicle. I love riding the PTSC buses rather than riding in Maxi Taxis or cars (PH taxis) bus rides is the best kind of rides to experience in Trinidad and Tobago and I's a Trini too🇹🇹 this video was really really good
Much appreciated Josh 🙏🏽
Trinidad looking good. I enjoy the bus ride
We’re a beautiful country indeed 😁
@@TrinbagoVibes yes beautiful green country and clean. Please show more videos how to use public transport so when I travel I will know how to get around in Trinidad
@@rosemariegray-olabiran7991 will do, that’s why I throw in ah “to be continued” at the end, lol
Nice little buss ride.
Good thing about PTSC busses, its very cheap and alot cheapsr than regular taxis or even our own vehicle.
Stay safe buddy.
💥💥💯💯💯💫💫💫💢💢
That it is, you just have to schedule accordingly
hmmm yuh see dat all stop.... real pressure!!!
Lol, I guess during the week it can be, but on a weekend, just gotta enjoy the ride
Omgoodness! Well you have re-opened my eyes to public transport back home for South travel. PTSC has surely changed and they have become technologically savvy! I will definitely use the bus system to go to Chaguanas and South when I visit home again. Thank you so much for this eye opener and keep up the fantastic work! Also, can you do a vlog on the water taxi service?
Glad you enjoyed it and yeah I plan to do the water taxi one of these days
Thanks for the journey ❤
You’re most welcome
Vibes, another first, like the bus 🚌 ride vlog. Interesting, I remember going night classes at John D and hustling to city gate for the last ECS bus 🚌 to Arima. Lots of changes as apps and WiFi on buses. Back then cell phones were not common 😂😂😂😂. Times have changed but from your vlog people still arguing over seats 😂😂😂😂.
I try as much as possible to avoid public transport especially maxis when home.
Keep your channel innovative and different.
Something’s change and something’s never do, lol
Wow our tt public transport system seems to be on par with systems abroad, I’m impressed to see this and was not aware . Thanks for showing tt in a good light to the world here on youtube! 🇹🇹🇨🇦🥂👍
Yup, especially with the price, can’t go wrong and you’re most welcome
Hi Rajeev, nice video. So, as far as I'm aware, City Gate is actually the name of the maxi part of the premises and you can also get green band maxis to chaguanas at city gate. The bus terminal part of the compound is actually called PTSC. The Sir Solomon Hochoy Highway begins at Chaguanas. The UBH goes from Champs Fleurs to Chaguanas. After San Juan and Mt. Hope for pick ups - the first drop off point is Freeport. Josiah has a great voice 🎉😊
Ohh yeah it’s the Churchhill Roosevelt highway 🙈 lol, can’t believe I mixed it up and I didn’t know that about the PTSC part, we just call the entire thing City Gate, lol
@@TrinbagoVibes yes we do refer to all of it as city gate.
Thanks again for the vlog 😊
Are you willing to do a rush hour ptsc vlog?
Another awsome and informative video, thanks for sharing, haven't been on a bus in about ten yrs.
Thank you and same here, well except for this one, lol
Very informative on how to use public transportation in 🇹🇹 T&T. It looks like fun 🚌
Thanks
TBV, I can't remember when last I drove on a bus.😅 I enjoyed it. My sister who is in NY was fascinated with the look of our buses. Far cry from the blue & white buses of yesteryear.😂 Maybe next time you can show us a water-taxi ride.❤
Thank you, and yeah I plan to travel on the water taxi one of these days.
Trinbago Vibes, making public transport look like "fun in the sun." Another great video.
Lol, much appreciated
Wow love this one gives you a good idea of what people experience on a daily basis awesome job bro
Much appreciated 🙏🏽
Wow, breds...it's DONKEY YEARS I have not been inside a PTSC bus. Back when I went Trinity/Moka. LOL Good vibes & nostalgia man. CHEERS! 😊👊
Same here till I did this one, lol and thanks bro
Great content!!
Much appreciated 🙏🏽

Happy Birthday to you, and many more! 🎂🍦
@@TrinbagoVibes Thank You
Thank u @@shqa574
I loved the bus ride. Thank you
I’m glad you enjoyed it Maylene
Good job sharing this classic Trinbago trip
Thanks 🙏🏽
Bus rides nice! Best way to get in and out of Maraval.
Tried this exact run some years ago! Fell asleep on the way down, got intimidated by Sando so I jumped back in the bus and made a hasty retreat back to the North!
Pensioners have it nice. Just show their IDs and it's free (I think they could go Tobago free too)!
🇹🇹 Sweet too bad!
Lol, I understand the feeling of being in an unfamiliar spot and just wanting to head back to comfort, but Sando norms, lol and yes, we sweet too bad!!!
Nice vid Raj 💥🤘🏼
Thanks cous
Yet another great one thanks Bro an that is my commute everyday my stop be Gasparillo keep doing yuh thing
Nice bro
I did that trip to San Fernando by bus from Port of Spain also and I enjoyed it.
Nice, hopefully I’ll do a few more trips with the PTSC and see how it goes
How long was the drive thks
I was recently taking this journey from South to POS then to Petit Valley every day for work, then I got tired and decided to rent in Petit Valley.
Yeah After a while it makes sense to rent
Trinbago Vibes, I don't know your name but spectacular job on the details in this video especially on city gate. I lived in Port of spain for three and a half years so that was my stomping grounds. You brought back so many memories with this video. Keep up the good work.👍👍
Thank you and I’m happy you were able to relive that trip down memory lane
Great video ❤ enjoyed this ride i sometimes take a bus from Chaguanas to San Fernando
Thank you and nice, sometimes it’s just a cool vibes taking the bus
Nice trip, thanks.
I’m glad you enjoyed it
Hey everybody and please be safe out dear no the road

Greetings From Barbados🇧🇧
Whoaa big up 🙌🏽🙌🏽
Dawg I wanna start to travel with ptsc I've been searching and searching so much for more info but nothing. thank you so much
You’re most welcome, check out the PTSC website to get an idea of what ticket you should get
Beautiful vibes. Blessings and love in the house.
Thanks Deborah 🙏🏽
Yummy Currants Roll!😋😋😋😋💖Sweet T&T !
Done know 🙌🏽🙌🏽
Good choice of travel. Whenever I visit I take the bus to go and the water taxi to return..Hope you had a fun trip🎉 Blessings
Nice and yeah it was good
Forgot to mention I remember the old Thomas and Blue bird buses working on the Eastern main road with a conductor and his money back. 10 cents for a ride.
That’s rel throw back, lol
Gosh guy, I have seen City gate that clear in ages. I looks so different from 2008 When I left. Wow memories
Lol, yup this around lunchtime on a Saturday
Sweet 🇹🇹… that Republic Bank Branch, has so many wonderful memories for me. 😢 nice one as always Rajeev. ❤️🤍🖤
Thanks
Good evening two everyone
Good evening Michelle
Totally enjoyed this bus ride, especially no traffic 🙂
Thanks Nirmala, well we got slight traffic at Tarouba fly-over, but that wasn’t too bad
Nice bus ride thanks🤗
Glad you enjoyed it
I am enjoying these Sando runs
Noice 🙌🏽🙌🏽
I am glad to see Wi-Fi on the bus finally! I used to ride the bus over 10 years ago before I got fed up of waiting in vain many an afternoon for the bus. I preferred riding the bus to taking any other form of transport bc of the roominess and not having to listen to radio. However, the bus arrival was too unreliable. Nice to see a bus ride to Sando as I once did a sando to POS bus ride after taking the ferry from PoS to Sando
Yup, now they have a fixed schedule and does be relatively on time, unless traffic keeps them back
Love your video
Much appreciated 🙏🏽
@@TrinbagoVibes you welcom can i be in one of your video
@@Dancerboyveenish1997one of these days for sure
@@TrinbagoVibes ok
Very nice..
Thanks
Nice idea for a video.
Thanks
Hello! I am a student of CIC in this country and im sort of a transport geek lol. Thanks for posting this amazing journey with us T&T. I love riding the PTSC buses, its my transport to school. Its also my favourite type of transportation :). Also, is it possible for you to take a bus down to Piarco? Cuz i want to get some airport action!
Whoaa, nice and glad you enjoyed it
Yes you can get a bus from POS to Piarco. Actually one of the most reliable routes.
@@mslilz5407 Sorry,I think you misunderstood my question. I was asking if he *could do a video of going to piarco by bus*
I already know that route.Sorry😅

@@TrinbagoVibes Ok :)
Nice video brother
Much appreciated bro 🙏🏽
This is a nice sightseeing bus tour. The bus is clean, and looks comparable to the L.A. private commuter bus system. The Los Angeles public bus system cannot begin to compare to yours in terms of cleanliness and whatever. LOL When they move a few million plus people daily, I guess that they cannot police or keep the buses clean. A few months ago, I got on the bus, and a man was holding a big snake. It might have been a python. The bus driver did not say a word. They were going to Venice Beach. I got off the bus two stops, two minutes later.
Somehow when I reach the snake part I somehow knew it was Venice beach that person was going, lol and yeah LA has 10 times the population of T&T
@@TrinbagoVibes The bus was full, and the passengers were very quiet. Lord, that was the most extreme thing I have ever seen on the public bus.
Rajeev - I enjoy this trip. I love it - thank you. My first ever trip to Trinidad I had currants-roll at long circular mall. Trinidad is a beautiful country all they to need to hire former Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte to clean-up the drugs and corruption. Lol
Lol, glad you enjoyed it Paul
Very nice...look like ny.step up.
Lol
This was a cool trip it shows how im like a tourist in my own country 😂😂
Lol, glad you enjoyed it
Citigate is old rail station ( juat like in uk)
If they had a museum showing how it was, that would have been cool
We enjoyed the bus ride the last time i was on a bus was when it was blue and white 10 cents was a short drop yes ah old lol😂😂
Lol, wow 10c, that was a long time ago
Saw a guy who playing violin it was so amazing 💖
Ohh nice 🙌🏽🙌🏽
Nice video. You should try the coach and the water taxi one day.
Thanks and most definitely we’ll be doing those
Bro I going south all the time and for some reason you made me watch out this video. lol.
Lol, glad you enjoyed it bro
Personally I like using the coach when I go south.
Though I wish they would buy new one, those coaches starting to show they age
Agree with you the council does 😁
Hoss i aint gone down by the wharf in sando in a long long time. Seems alot nicer now
That it is, and well there is more stuff to come
You didn’t have to torture me with that currants roll so.
Lol
can a person buy a bunch of those tickets to use during the month, or does ot have to be purchased only on the day.
You can purchase a bunch of the tickets, I’m not sure if there is an expiry date to be honest
can you do a video on the pos waterfront pls🙏🙏i love the waterfront it so relaxing and i would love it if you do a video please
You can check out my video of the Hyatt or even the Central Bank museum, I’ve covered the waterfront on those
I like my boi Josiah eh but that sun too hot he in it normal
I was thinking the same thing Dwayne, the sun not normal these days
Is the facility now disabled accessible?
Unfortunately I didn’t see anything to indicate that
There are buses with ramps for wheelchairs. I'm unsure of the amount.
I Woke up 4am in de morning to get ah south bus just for mi mother to get her drivers license ,And them doubles was hot for so with pepper.
SN: Can U send a new discord invite link? if u still uses it
Wow, some nice hot doubles is always a vibes

I am a Trinibagonian living in Thailand, having issues understanding him.
Hmmm…is it because I’m speaking too quickly or is it sounding like I’m eating up my words? Or a combination of both?
Great video Sir. However, please don’t eat on camera.
I appreciate your feedback but I can’t help it
