I just bought a pc with windows 11 and have been struggling the last two days to get this to work and I followed exactly what he did in this video step by step, however I did not see gta.exe either but I just clicked on the one that says “gtav” and that worked for me, thank you so much for the video!!!!!! So if y’all have windows 11 and don’t see the “gta.exe” then click on the file that says gtav.
