Even though Internet access and digital technology are limited in Cuba, Jorge Luis Batista believes it's possible to inspire people to collaborate on creating a free, editable world map.
Jorge Luis is an engineer who works as a systems analyst in the Historian's Office of the City of Havana. He heads a group of young enthusiasts looking forward to "Putting Cuba on the Map" -- in other words, extending the experience of the Map of the Free World Wiki to the majority of the Antilles.
