Sugarcane is one of the most versatile plants in our yard. It is a beautiful tall growing grass that works as a fast growing privacy screen, windbreak, and shade for our tender plants. The gentle rustle of its leaves in the wind is very soothing. AND the canes can be pressed to make delicious juice! Today we will turn fresh cut sugarcane into sweet, refreshing juice!
