This is life. Remember to live a little while adulting. That said laser focus served me well. I set goals and pretty much pushed everything else to the side for about 15 years. Can't say I regret it. Good luck with it.
Im right there with you man! I have had to cut alot of things out for the sake of bettering my family life. I dont have time to make videos like i was wanting to, dont have time to practice/ride, racing once a month is pushing it. Saving every penny i can do buy a bigger house on 10-15 acres so i can have my own track. Plus, my 7 year old daughter is starting to race, so now i have that extra cost and my 5 yrs old son is wanting to race next year. Being an adult kind of sucks, but in the end, we do what we have to do and keep pushing forward. Keep doing you man! You're doing an awesome job!
Sad to hear you're gonna sell the ktm but I understand why you made that decision. When you have a family you have to put them first and sometimes that means taking a break or putting things you enjoy doing on hold for a bit. I had to do that when I bought my house a few years ago. I just bought a dirt bike this year since selling my last one 10 years ago, and now with getting married this year I'm sure having kids ain't to far off and I'll have to put things on hold again. That's what any man would for his family. Wishing you all the best man! Cheers
Very wise and truthful! It wont be the end or even a pause of my videos. But I wont be taking trips way out to crazy places or racing for a while. Thank you for understanding!
Your family always comes first. Getting rid of your toys is hard, especially one you're passionate about. I gotta commend you for that. There will always be other two-strokes like the KTM for when it's time for another
That's my life goal as well. 10+ acres with a big track and a small pond in the middle for the kids to fish. Is the power from the crf250 comparable to the drz 400?
Sell the ktm? Very interesting. I was rewatching the Vegas maniac say how much you were going to hate the honda and regret the day you brought it home.
Vegas made a lot of great points in that video. But one thing He didnt see is the novelty of riding on the RPM cut. And how damn good it sounds! Just makes me wana go faster! hahaha
Private racecourse sounds awesome. Think that’s when I will make my trip to the USA 😉😎
Ill have a spare room for you as well!
that thing got a Hemi? HAHAHAHA>>> HERO!

I’ve got 11 acres but I’ve gotten too old to be jumping dirt bikes. Buy you a tractor and 12 pack and call it good
You’re being a good dad dude. Good on you.

Glad to hear that, as I always look forward to your vids. Keep up the good work!
Time to upgrade the GoPro. Love the videos. Keep em coming. Cheers.
I wish I could come ride those trails with you they look really sick
Keep the KTM!!!!!
Glad you didn't have to take a break. It'll be worth it once you're debt-free it's a good feeling to know you're not working just to pay bills

Adulting! Good choices all around, brother.
Thanks bro! Let me know when you are ready for dirt!

Its got a pony or two more then a DRZ with MRD and FCR carb. But weights 90 lbs less.
Well I do understand wanting acreage because I had my own track on 13 acres in Texas. I sold it and moved Thailand I can ride here whenever I want.
Thailand! Very nice! From what I understand, its controlled chaos in the streets with the most epic views in the mountains.
@@GladiusJon I DO NOT RIDE the streets. Thailand rates as the world's most dangerous roads.
I do ride in the rice fields and back roads.
good luck with the future house and acreage.
What bike would you say a 6 foot tall 160 pound 17 year old should get for my first big bike.
Honestly a 250 four stroke, or a 125 2 stroke is an excellent first big bike.
Gladius Jon thanks I was thinking a yz125
@@Stunter-ru8vx alot easier and cheaper to up keep. If your a woods rider, dont over look a kdx220 or 200 Kawasaki.
Hey love the videos, what bike are you riding in this vid?
2017 crf250r Im converting to woods
