Day 1: Competed with no pain i was like halfway to a split already 😍 Day 2:Easy i felt great not a lot of change from yesterday! Day 3: Same as the ither days but i maybe got a cm lower 💕 Day 4: Got a good bit liwer than before Day 5: I almost have my split already! LIKE TO REMIND ME PLSS!
My English is bad but I’ll try my best to explain my progress here.^^ 2024 - November 1 Day 1: I didn’t have issues doing all the steps, I even feel my legs relax but they are a little shaky idk why but I guess it’s normal, but yeah everything it’s fine for now, the only thing that hurt was my knees but I guess it’s bcs I have rug as floor but I put a pillow on my knees so it didn’t hurt. 2024 - November 2 Day 2: Everything went fine, I feel “cramps” (idk if that’s the right meaning) but I feel that on my hands and toes, but besides that, everything fine, I even felt that this went more easy then yesterday. 2024 - November 3 Day 3: Today I didn’t felt cramps, I just felt normal, still can’t do the split but I now soon I would be able to, for now just felt normal pain from stretching. 2024 - November 4 Day 4: Today everything went fine, I felt pain but that’s normal from stretching, I try to do the split and I was almost touching the floor, that’s a good progress from the first time, and that’s all for today. 2024 - November 5 Day 5: Everything went fine, I just notice that my right side is more flexible then my left bcs when a was stretching from my left I notice like more pressure? Idk how to explain but let’s say that it felt a little more hard and on my left side I felt no pressure like, I didn’t has issues, it was like I could’ve moved it easily for the stretching, and that’s all, I can’t still do it but I still have hope that in a month I would be able to do it at least almost a split. 2024 - November 6 Day 6: It all went normal, I did everything with no difficulty, I feel a little more flexible, I’m almost on week 1 🎉 I’m still trying to motivate myself. 2024 - November 7 Day 7: Today it all went the same I guess, maybe a little more flexible but that’s it. 🔥 2024 - November 8 Day 8: Today everything went the same, same flexibility, I hope soon I get the results I want, I hope I still get motivated 😭☝🏻 haha. 2024 - November 9 Day 9: For some weird reason I didn’t had the same flexibility from yesterday, idk why but I’m still motivated so, I still think I will get it soon. 2024 - November 10 Day 10: Today it all went the same I guess, I still have faith about getting the split. 2024 - November 11 Day 11: Today it was the same, but we almost there!!🔥 2024 - November 12 Day 12: GUYS WTF AHHH!!! Okay this is weird since yesterday was the same as everyday since then but, today I did obviously everything from the video but this time I was almost able to do the split from both since, one more then the other one but still!! I recommend Hailey C's slim calf exercises for a week before trying this. I did the calf exercise for a week and tried this split, Guess what? After a week, I can perfectly do the split now. Thank you Hailey ❤️. Looking forward to more workout vids from you.😊

Umm...I think u need to square ur hips more ( I'm not professional !!just a littlereminder😅!)and u also leaned to the side i guess,idk if it's the angle issue or what 😅😅, but it's a very good routine and I can do all the splits but but middle splits is a bit more harder, I can do it after i do some stretch,can u do a middle splits? Just curious 😂😅and i hope u can do a middle splits tutorial if u want(pls🥹🙏)i wanna improve even more,thanks so much 🙏 💗 😮
