I followed ur link above and bought ebook and the mold course as well and it looks great from just a first quick browse. My only question is I don't see the ebook “Vitamin B1: The Bedrock of Your Health” within the bundle, not sure if I missed it or not. I guess I can email u to ask about that. Thank you.

7 days ago I felt like I was I walking in a matrix of thick glue. It was the weirdest feeling. My feet were stinging and my hips weren't working. My brain was slow and in pain. I started back on Thiamine B1hcl. (having taken it last year and then forgot about it. I hadn't done any protocol) I am titrating up from 100 mgs per day to 300mg per day as of now. Today I am going for 450mg. I have now have great energy, my feet and hips are working again and my mental state is healthy. I will stay on 450mg for now.

I absolutely love this video. In my case I could not tolerate anything, not even vitamin B1 because I had a highly dysfunctional nervous system and a limbic system that was stuck in fight or flight stress response. My Naturopathic Neurologist said that when the body goes into a cell danger response our cell walls can harden and make it difficult for things like supplements to be properly absorbed.
One thing I would like to see more of is the importance of our nervous system and its role in how the body utilizes supplements. Many people have a dysregulated nervous system and don't even know it because it is not taught in medical school. I had to learn this the hard way, spending my entire life savings to learn this. So if you are reacting to B1 or aren't seeing a benefit, it could potentially be a dysregulated nervous system. I am not going to plug any program here because there are plenty of nervous system regulation programs out there that work very well. I think that and with Dr Schmidt's protocols you can build optimal health.

A variety of providers are allowed to offer it, including psychologists, doctors, LMFTs, even chiropractors. I would google "neurofeedback" or "Othmer neurofeedback" in your area. Ask the practitioner how much specific experience they have, and if any was with chronic illness.
Be aware, some programs are not low-frequency, and for some people, these are too stimulating (they're often used more for issues like ADHD.). Good luck.

Testing fasting lactate and glucose / ketones levels at home daily can help to dial the right dosages of B1 and other B vitamins (which should always be included when supplementing with B1). B3 and B2 are absolutely critical for the electron transport chain to function alongside CoQ10 and Magnesium. B9/B12 along with B6 and glycine to support methylation and B5, B7 in their own supporting roles. Never supplement with a single B vitamin unless you know exactly why you are doing it.

There is no gold standard test for B1. Symptoms are probably the best way to go. Take some Thiamine as see if you feel better. It works very quickly. Within a couple of hours or less for some. Thiamine levels in the body change through the day depending on what you are eating and how active you are. There is actually a test in Europe I think but it is the only place in the world doing it, apparently.

I told her my Mycotoxin test identified I have an OCHRATOXIN infection level of 51.65 when the normal range is 7.5. I was only offered April 1, 2025 as an appointment date. I feel like I’m dying. I had to pay for my own testing because regular Doctors won’t test me. I wish you would teach your receptionist to recognize an emergency. She disrespected and disregarded my concern. I have an appointment with you on April 1, 2025 at 6:15am Pacific standard time. I am so disheartened after talking to your receptionist. She removed all my hope.

Thank you 🙏 I had an incredibly difficult reaction after 3 weeks of TTFD. I couldn’t sleep and had the worst anxiety ever. I couldn’t feel normal for over a week. I have detoxed most of it out, but man, I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. I really thought I was drugged. It felt absolutely insane. Like I took too much THC, but worse. Nothing that I take to relax worked at all. It would be the opposite reaction!
I was taking 300 mgs & had no idea it was more potent 😱😭 So please be careful, folks! This isn’t for the faint hearted. You really need to slowly go up and be very cautious about TTFD. Like Dr Schmidt suggested, try the less powerful kind of B1.
Doc, do you have any suggestions for me? I couldn’t take magnesium or NAC as it would reactivate the TTFD all over again. It was a nightmare. I’m afraid to even take regular b’s right now. I will go very very slow.. anything other suggestions?
