  • Camera footage from friend's Stinger chasing my M2. A bit of friendly sparring as both cars are fighting for tire grip on the last session of the day.

Love my stinger. I only plan to put K & N filters in the box and that's it...happy with that and enjoy

Those downpipes are robbing power without a real tune. And those intakes probably are the same. But seems like you need to upgrade the Brakes, tires, and a chip does more damage than good.

Can you elaborate more? How does less restriction and more boost rob power? I do agree with the brakes and tires though, the Stinger is a heavy car!

@@claytonyoung2549 its a common misconception about downpipes. Although it is less restriction. Without a tune, the motor runs richer. And the internals get fouled up and robs power.

@@claytonyoung2549 you need to remove that chip asap. The minute you have a misfire. Your motor is done. Chips do nothing but harm.

Adrian Nava you should look more into the jb4 chips. They come with fuel wires that control the air to fuel ratio and and obdII plug that monitors and reads your engine that can automatically cause the engine to go into limp mode if there’s knock or a misfire. I agree, a poorly made chip not designed for your particular engine/car can do more harm but JB4s are known to be reputable and post several dyno results proving their power increases.
