I got an 05 cat eye single cab, just threw a tbss intake I have 210lb/hr injectors ordered. A boost cam w springs etc ordered. Just put in ls7 lifters and rockers on 243 heads. Soon once I get this done ima take it to an event and hopefully don’t blow the trans outta it but as soon as that even is done the 5.3 is getting bored and stroked to 383 🤙🏽 love the build brotha!
I started following you because I’m building a 2000 Silverado for the past 2 years. I did a 6.0 swap. The block has been bored 30over. I’m running a BTR stage 2 truck cam & 706 heads with a compression ratio of 11.5. I’m still working on the motor.
Theirs a video on You tube of a guy putting 2016 dash and door panels in a 2000 Chevy truck, he also put a 2014 motor in it! I still own my 02 Silverado extended cab I bought brand new, ive taken very good care of it all these years zero dents dings, it also has 4.8 I put flow masters and cold air intake on it the week I bought it! I’m never selling my truck, iv all was wanted to put a new crate 502 big block in it since the truck still looks new! It would be a big time sleeper!
Hey man, love the truck. Could you please tell me where you got those headlight housings and what brand. I’ve been looking around but all the ones I’ve ordered don’t fit or break so I’m struggling to find a good set like you have. Thanks.

How happy are you with the IHC 4/6 drop? I got the same kit and man…. I’m not happy at all. I might have to upgrade the ball joints as everyone says the ones that come from IHC are trash. You have any issues?
Ball joint definitely needs upgrading. I just install belltech front and rear sway bars which noticeably rides a bit better. But definitely upgrading ball joints. I’m ok with if for now
@@LS_Dusty bc there a different shape are you gonna keep gmc front end or go back to Silverado maybe a cat eye idk the hood fenders and grill all have a different shape for the headlights so the headlight casing is different idk you should get a cat eye front end tho would look sick af
