Hi, do you have a video explaining this but with grow lights ? I mean, I’m not sure if they are getting direct/indirect light with a grow light (maybe is a dumb question 😩) but I live in Ny, I have an apartment and north facing window is all I have, I know some of my plants needs direct light so most of them are using grow lights but I’m not really sure what I’m doing 😩 Ayuda!

I have a Calathea orbifolia on the floor that gets direct sunlight from a southern facing window more than two metres away. Do you think it's safe to keep it there? I don't have any good lighting for it somewhere else.
