I'm from ATL. I'd definitely put it on my keychain. I was an installer decades ago, and I used to take leftover 4ga and ring terminals and make keychains for my wife and kids. I just got back into car audio 3 years ago when I had a long work project in PA, and it was gonna be a long drive with a 15 year old Kenwood detachable with a display that cut out in the cold, and 3 of 6 blown speakers in my 2001 Toyota Solara. 14 hour marathon to install everything I had ordered off Amazon, including sound deadening and running wire into the doors. I still drive it whenever I can, when my wife isn't driving the car. I hope aftermarket car audio stays around for a while longer.

When I first came across your channel, years ago, I used this method to solder my connectors to the power cables of my system. I still have this car today, and with the same power cable. This connection is still solid as a rock. It was the greatest tip I got so far, and still use it to this day if I have to make connections on big wires. 👌🏻

Mothers Mag & Alu polish is the shit. I love that stuff. I've used it on all kinds of metals with great success, many kinds of copper, brass, alu, and stainless steel. Can take almost anything to a mirror finish with that and a bit of elbow grease and patience.

I have done soldering of power cables on all my systems, I would absolutely put that on my keychain. I'm in Austin TX. I still work in the Audio Industry as a supervisor for the install side for their commercial division of the company I work for. This would be fun to show how it used to be done. I have techs complain about crimping cables, this would be fun to show them how it was done old school. Love your videos and all the builds over the years.

Upgraded my system, never did anything like that before. Came across your channel and not only did you inspire, but also were a huge reason. The video with the LOC's started it all. I bought the Kicker, but eventually replaced the factory head unit. I definitely would put that on the key chain to my Mustang!

Fuck yeah, first thing I look at in any build is wiring and plumbing. It shows what care went into the rest of the vehicle.
I got a buddy that would love to have one of those. Hes watched your stuff for years and there was a time he tried his hand at doing this for his system. Now hes rocking a few thousand watts in a soccer mom suv terrorizing old folks at the beach.

I’ve loved the sound of clean audio as long as I can remember. Used to live in Sparks, Nevada and now in Las Vegas I would definitely use the terminal as a keychain. Just put on a SMD heat shrink.

Always thought the way that you went about the soldering the ends was brillant. Makes a perfect seal so water can't get in and cause corrosion. You cutting it open only furtber proves that thought. Hope someone who truly will go throw that deal on their keychain wins. -Florida

Man those are some memories, i remember watching the whole rebuild and when it started in your backyard at the old house, Antheny was a kid back then ripping every fosgate amp out the back 😅. Also that very Honda was an inspiration for my Honda system i did the double din deck and door panels after seeing an old thread in the SMD forums, still looking like first day i put it together 6 or 7 years back. It would be cool to have that keychain i would keep it somewhere in my car to represent the inspiration from a true O.G.
