    XS Power Lithium, Mechman 400 Amp alternator...and some Skyhigh Car Audio 2/0 cable! I LOVE IT! Even though this phase of the build isn't super exciting, as far as a youtube video is concerned, it is still a very important part of the system. Proper power and ground deliver is essential.       its often the most overlooked part of a build i see too many times where people either run the wrong size or way to long of the wrong kind of power wires and they wonder why they have issues.. you can never go wrong with atleast a run of 1/0 of ofc power wire and one more for ground for a decent system along with doing the big 3 then its out of the way and you know you don't have to worry about it

      @@Basshead40 i think he used those new drill bits that also have the top half is a threaded tap so you can drill ur hole & thread it all at the same time saving you time and making it easy so u know u'll always have the correct size drill bit for the thread size u need

    Steve for some people it's good to post the wiring video especially its a big system I'm working on my first one and I wanna make sure I have my wires in the right place for my trailblazer all those it's baby Kong right now but my woofers are going to get upgraded I have a few more things I have to get done for my electrical work now I see how you recommend certain ground areas for best results.     These videos might not get as many views but damn do I appreciate you posting them. I've been watching SMD and jat4011 run wires for 6 years now and I've learned so much from the 2 channels. I have friends calling me to help them run wires in cars, boats, rvs, and houses all thanks to the skills I've learned watching these videos. Keep it up 👍

    Personally, I love watching the way you run wire. 2/0 isn't always too easy to work with. Def massive wire n yup I'm having trouble getting white, 1/0 too, if your having issues with it were all screwed lol

    Just to imagine soldering those lugs like the Tahoe. That crimping tool is a beast and time saver! And getting the right sized grommets are key.

      Everything is amazing. I get lost on the zip ties, though. It would be cool to see some kind of holders made. Not unlike, perhaps, spark plug wire holders. Maybe I'm just too anal lol.
