I want to ask a question
If a patient in icu and on prophylactic anticoagulant and his inr results above 1.7 should we stop prophylactic anticoagulant or continue?!
The patient has no liver disease

The important question is why INR is elevated? Is it DIC? Nutritional deficiency? Medication? The answer depends on the cause!
