Sweet ride brother. I'm 6' even and love my ladder lift. Anything that saves the knees and back is worth gold.
And setting up the van is the perfect way to deal with spring weather.
You might keep that overhead rail though and just bungee it forward. Being able to hoist a slide bigger blower motors or compressors would be nice.
Looking forward to seeing it completed.

👍🤘🤙 being a short guy that was the first thing I put on my van was a drop-down ladder rack
look up on line on how reset the oil change reminder....usually a sequence of key on and off and mashing the gas pedal while the engine is not running.
