Smell that bad contactor. Remember that smell, and everytime you have a blown fuse during cooling smell the contactor first. Same smell same issue have had to change many of them. I know I know that wouldn't make for good content on the channel though 😂
Hammic however it's spelled would do. And maybe microwave mini of some sort. Also disappointed I have not seen you have an iconic coffee break on screen in a while lol😀
Someone smoked the suction valve when brazing the lineset.
Got a hammock for my van. Was really pleasant yesterday while waiting for 2 RTU compressor swaps to pull vacuum.
You sir are a genius 😂😂
Cut some rags into strips, wet them, and wrap your valves before brazing. Works every time.
Wrap and solder
Yeah a hook for your Veto would be great. I often put mine up high just to throw it on my shoulder too.. but I basically carry a bag of rocks.
You could ohm out the coil of the contactor too. Around 12-17 ohms.
glad you're back!
Learned that the hardway on tstats coming fac wired for different applications 😂
That wire is “MC ” Cable. Not BX cable. BX cable is that old style cable that you find in old houses and it has only 2 conductors
Test the resistance across the coil on contactor. Should be between 10-20ohms. If close to zero it’s shorted
I like your editing
Curious, did you add nylog or some sort of thread sealant to the cap? And why not just measure the resistance value of the contractor coil?
Wow so much more room in that truck❤

Nice truck
I’m waiting on pump watching someone else waiting on pump on UA-cam 🤯
Hmm didn't wrap the valve when brazing get a thing of wet rag
