- HI Guys, This is the Shark AI Robot Vac Mop RV2001WD with LIDAR. Shark has greatly improved their app recently and it responds much better to LIDAR than previous generations. It's Shark's first LIDAR Vac Mop and its GOOD. It's fast and the app is one of the easiest apps to use.

@@TheFrenchGlow It is, but the whole carpet marking thing is a bit confusing because you can't make the boxes the shape of your rooms lol. I guess i'll just have to let it do it's first vacuum run and see what happens after

My have error 3 can’t get to work
A year after use it goes crazy when mopping, and send error. Now just vacs 😢
Hi! Good news is shark comes with a long warranty. Reach out to them asap to get it fixed. If mopping is broken, it could be a failed part.
i want to buy this but i've got a lot of area rugs with borders of hardwood. curious if it's gonna get my rugs wet.
you can set boundaries so it won't go on that
Does it detect carpet and stop mopping on its own?
Hi, it does but not as well as the top mop vacs like the roborock s8 or dreametech l10s, even j7 combo because of their front facing cameras.
@@TheFrenchGlow I see, I just ordered mine on Amazon, so sometimes it will mop over the carpet if I don’t set boundary on the app?
I just got a new one three days ago and already not responding to my app. :-(

@@TheFrenchGlow Haven't called Shark yet, it started to work again. Lets see how long will it last. I have till the 16 Jan to return it. I think for the price, vacs and mops, and reviews that's what sold me instead of getting one more expensive.

@@THE-X-Force well, it continues not to respond when I use the app and ask to clean certain areas. I have to try 2 or 3 times before it actually works. The map doesn't show up all the time the area that cleaned, so I don't even know if the vacuum did what I asked to do from the app while I am away. The vacuum seems to do a good job cleaning, but I don't use the mop feature that ofter because the cleaning solution reservoir is not big enough. I may use it only to mop the kitchen, but not the entire house.
So why did you leave those ugly stickers all over that thing, makes it look cheap....
Great vacuum, Crappy app. Cant get it to connect to my WiFi even though we have several laptops, cell phones tv's and many other devices all connected. Rebooted router, shark and phone. It is a worthless app that does not work. They wont build a PC app so it was worthless. Took it back tp COSTCO for a refund. If I cant program it then its not worth anything to me.
