    Go to Marshall’s and TJ Max this time of year and they are 12 bucks a pair!!! My sister works there and has a 20 percent discount too so if you’re lucky, you will get the best socks ever.

      Yeah. TJ Maxxes are pretty inconsistent around the country, but in my area, socks are one of the only things they do well. I got a pair for $5 -- that was crazy.

    I want to see how tough these socks really are. I live in Vancouver BC and I hike every day all year, I walk about 20,000 steps a day (3-4 hours). I’m on day 35 of wearing the same pair of DT’s. I wash every 3-4 days. So far no discernible wear. They don’t stink, they’re super comfy. My guess is they’ll last 75 days but who knows???

      @@chrismichael1161 Look merino wool is the superhero here, but Darn Tough socks are exceedingly well made and comfortable socks. The lifetime warranty just seals the deal. They are an easy company to root for.

    Not my experience with darn tough. I'm big on buying USA and tried them. I will say the 2 pair of tall socks I purchased are fine. But the 3 pair of no show socks I purchased lasted just 1 year before the pilled and the merino wool wore off the weave. By that I mean the white wool was worn off in spots and a grey stretch material was left. The return process just wasn't worth the hassle.

    I love darn tough. Only obstacle for me is that I inevitably lose one of them. Really wish there was a "one sock" market place, eBay can be slim pickings. That is a bit much to ask for a company (not everyone can be like Patagonia). The socks really do hold up amazingly though. I am like your wife and destroy everything.

    One pair?! I need these for work EVERYDAY...crazy expensive. Why not two pair packs for $20? Still make a killing! If they keep my feet cooler in the summer wearing work boots they’d almost be worth the $$...

    • @andrewguevara7422
      @andrewguevara7422 5 років тому

      John Garren make the investment if you can not only will they keep your feet warm in the winter they’ll also keep cool in the summer because its the natural properties of wool also made in America specificly vermont and theres only one factory so quality will be outstanding and not only that they have a lifetime warranty no strings attached

It would be great if @thekavalier tried out the socks, the underwear, and the flannels too. Also maybe the chinos, but those are very mixed in reviews.

      Very nice! Would be really cool if you added 10-15 min videos maybe daily or even every other day with your diet and routine, maybe gym shots as well for other guys to follow? People would follow those videos, especially seeing a slender body type at the beginning all the way through being able to see real life results. I think it would be very inspirational for many. Well when you reach the 185-190lb you’re going to be one helluva machine! There is nothing like the feelings/energy you have when living a mostly clean (food) lifting lifestyle. It’s amazing. 25min a day x 3/4 days per week. You would look insane at 185-190lbs!
