The use of single barbless hooks is mandatory when using lures, bait and fly fishing in tidal waters. Anglers are allowed to fish in tidal waters with a maximum of five (5) lines and six (6) single barbless hooks per line. In inland waters, anglers are allowed to fish with a maximum of one (1) line and three (3) single barbless hooks. It is still recommended to use barbless non-offset circle hooks when using bait since this type of hook can reduce fish mortality upon the live release of the fish.
I commented on an old video of yours about shubie river asking when the best months and times are to fish shubie river later in the year or is it just good early season because that’s what I’ve been told
That is a very good question. I would like to know the answer. We have to ask fishermen with experience in that area. I am relatively new here in Canada and I don't know exactly which are the best months.
I didn't think you were allowed to drive on that beach....I could be wrong.

What happened to keeping a good spot secret?
I'm sure the locals are impressed this is on the internet.
They take lure in muddy water?
Of course. I have caught stripers in much muddier water.
