I've got a tremec that came with a ls6 I bought off a guy few years ago. When I fragged my t-56. Damn thought it was a mn12 t56 outta 04'-05' Cts V. Gonna run the numbers and probably sell it if its a tr6060. Those are a great trans but I have no use for it. Was saving it for spare parts cause of that same funky tail shaft like your tr6060 has. You can't just remove that 3-bolt yoke and slide a slip yoke on the splines. Its to short and destroy the trans only after few hard bumps. Its made for a independent rearend with a fixed carrier. The only way to use with a solid axle is either buy a $1000 dollar custom drive shaft with a dampener, or just use a u-joint adaptor and a 2 piece shaft with a carrier bearing in the middle. But I found a mn12 for my camaro out of a 05' GTO they have the traditional tail shaft for a slip yoke so it was a direct drop in and I love it. Way stronger then my stock t56 was plus with the lower 2.97 zo6 gearbox with triple coned Syncros helps bang shifts @ 7k+ buttery smooth
I ordered the luk flywheel for that transmission and a starter for that transmission except that starter doesn’t look like it’s a good fit. What starter did you use?
Great video man , question do you knkw if a gen 6 tr6060 will bolt up to a 5.3 from an 07 classic silverado , and how did you go about wiring it ? Thanks man
Hey buddy quick question did you have any problems with the transmission shifter I'm working on my but the shifter It doesn't move I don't know what I'm doing wrong thanks in advance
@gingerauto I just check that and my helper installed wrong thank you so much for your help one more question where did you get the signal for your speed sensor I saw another video and I think that guy took the signal in the driveshaf
@@gingerauto I have the luk stock tr6060 slave , I have a McLeod clutch, I haven't been able to get measurements right. Transmisión has come down 3 times already been through 2 slave cylinders
Love the wrench and bolt idea for the flywheel stop. Good one. +1

So with the adaptor that would make it so I could attach it to the stock two piece driveshaft?

I hate it when parts don't fit. I guess it's just part of the procedure. Looking good!
Yup. All part of the game!
Do you have a link to the 3d printed alignment tool? Please thanks

I ordered the luk flywheel for that transmission and a starter for that transmission except that starter doesn’t look like it’s a good fit. What starter did you use?
what pilot bearing did you use
What is the PN for the relocated shifter?
What transmission mount did you end up using with what adapter? Going to try and run the same setup you have: TR6060 mated to a 5.3L
Where you buy the siffter??
X2 i also wanna know!

I would think they would bolt up the same. But not 100% positive. It all depends on the bellhousing style.
Did you run transmission cooler lines of you plugged them off ?
I haven’t got that far yet.
Hey buddy quick question did you have any problems with the transmission shifter I'm working on my but the shifter It doesn't move I don't know what I'm doing wrong thanks in advance
Are you using the same shifter as me? I put mine in backwards and it wouldn’t move. So I turned it around and it fixed it.

@gingerauto I'm can't make the speedometer to work I'm having a problem did you make yours to work?
What wiring harness and clutch kit did you get, I got the same thing
I have the painless chassis harness with the mdl hydraulic clutch conversion.
What kind of yoke is that? Do you need an adaptor for it or a special driveshaft?
I’m not sure haha. Just the one that was on it when I got it.
That is a Camaro spec part.
Did you change the transmission bell housing to Ls ?
No it was already for the ls
What flywheel and clutch kit did you use?
Just the stock set up.
I missed it what did transmission come out of please thks
