When we cut sand greens, we cut a strip, then had pre cut plywood to lay on the dirt for the cutter to run its wheel on, might help, if you ever have to do it again.
@@Lawncologyis that texas rock rose or primrose? It's going to look great but will sprout from runners and dropped seeds if it is. Thanks for providing insight to DIYers through your trial and errors 😊
@@Lawncology I used the rest of last years jug. It plugged my backpack sprayer up solid. This time it was just green effect, d-thatch and some Celsius. I’m guessing that when it’s old it sets up? I had a bit of 3336 in the spray left over from yesterday that I was going to spray out. I keep running into clogging issues. I’m starting to think that some sort of a color code on the products than can be safely mixed together might be a good thing to add to the dyi labels.
The end result turned out great. The contrast really makes the green pop.
@@AyeGeesy once it grows back in after the sand top dressing it’ll be singing.
Finally some color, well other than brown and green 😆
Black and green now…. 😁

@@JoeEinMinne yeah, I needed that tip 🤣 Hopefully it’s the last I’ll do for awhile
I still have nightmares over a few sod stripping moments I've had.
Hey Buddy, You missed a step. I need you to go back and give those plants some FloraGreene, please.
Already getting it
What do you do with removed sod? What can you do? Compost it?
It’s all flattened out and will decompose into the native space
Are those Rose of Sharon Plants?
Yes, blue chiffon
