I make home made granola and it's gorgeous and super easy. A full bag of mixed whole nuts, some seeds, a cup of oatmeal (not porridge oats you can get it in Holland and Barrett ), some spray light or oil spray, some cinnamon and a table spoon of honey roasted for 20 mins on an oven tray. When cooled down I add dried gogi berries to eat and some times a little desicated coconut

I found exactly the same problem with Asda uniform last year. Had a couple of bits later in the year from Sainsbury’s and it was miles better! Definitely going there first it all this year 👍🏻 xx

Hi lovely. I have Botox in two areas forehead and frown but it’s actually worn off now and I am due my next treatment next month but I don’t have any other areas done. I have previously had 0.5ml of lip filler but this was quite a while ago now- January I believe ❤️ I think my face has changed shape more so because of the 3 stone weight loss though 😂. Xx
