    Wow never thought of making grass jelly! It's much easier getting the premade canned version but it was interesting to see how it's made using the packet method. Thank you for showing that.

    THANK YOU SO MUCH! I have tried with the package of powder (my mother use to do this) and have failed miserably every time! Now I know how to get rid of the lumpiness. Great video :)

    I love watching all your videos I have been watching them for about 4 months and so far you amaze me. thank you for posting them and I love your foods. we have a lot of Vietnamese people here and I always eat with my Vietnamese friends even though im Spanish hahahah I love it since It makes me feel good to eat foods that are good for you and so not what im use to :) keep up the great work :) I wish your sister kept making the videos :(

    my mom sometimes use coconut juice (not the milk) and it's yummy, but now she uses soy milk or milk because everyone likes it more and she like it more too! :)

    I worked at a boba shop for a while and I always hated grass jelly I never understood why people would order it but one day my coworker showed me a way to eat/drink it some grass jelly with hot creamer and some sugar and I fell in love with it after that ! Thanks for your video

    Normally I buy in a can, but this looks like a easy homemade substitute, we can even put them in ice makers so it can last longer ( just my thoughts)

    I bought the canned grass jelly thinking that it would be the same. Maybe it's the brand I bought, but the texture is really different. It's much more rubbery.

    Didn't know grass jelly comes in a powder form. In the U.S it comes pre-made in a can so it's very convenient.

    Is the banana extract flavoring (that is added to the grass jelly) the predominant flavor? Or does the black liquid part have a flavor as well. In my mind I am thinking licorice?

    I’ve watched several videos using this powder kit but no one has added the very small clear liquid you call banana extract. Can you tell me why? Is it not to be eaten? It doesn’t say to add it on the package instructions either. Thanks for this video Helen!

      It's artifical flavor so it's up to you. But all powder kit come with it though

    Put the powder in the first, then add a tiny bit of water to make the syrup, and then add the rest of the water… No more dust.
