that looks like the most perfectly bussin grass jelly to exist. its the right amount of soft and firm at the same time. i'd literally give my right kidney to eat that
Thank you for sharing, I live in USA and I grew that black grass jelly , buy seed from Etsy but I don’t know how to make it, now I do I will cutting my grass jelly plants and dried it, thank again, I will in pressure cooking hope it faster 👍😁
Didn't know i will found this brand in the clip, just eating grass jelly from this brand right now but in Thailand. Less sugar option is my only go. Yum.
thanks for sharing, so much work is being done to make it! is there any hardening agent being added to it? and what kind of plant is it? can it be obtained in the wild?
This might be a stupid question but what type of plant is grass jelly made from? I didn’t think this looked like actual grass because of the twigs and leaves
I'm sad there are no turtles in there; just joking, but it is traditional. Probably very good for bones and joints and skin; just like horse hooves are used today instead, or cow hooves. I would really love to grow the herb for this mix, but i think it requires warmer weather than i have. so happy i can use powder grass jelly; but hope it has real herbs in it and isn't fake.
