I tripped and had an inflamed ankle. My cat sniffed and laid his paws on it and began purring while I was lying on my bed. RIP Hopi. One of the kindest souls I have met.

@@anitafox7422 I've met many people that disliked cats that changed into cat lovers once they got to know one.
Have a friend with severe PTSD. Pretty much all he could ever talk about was his experiences of horror and death while in the military and his difficulties adjusting to civilian life--he dwelled on it constantly, and it was destroying him. Heartbreaking to see, a good-hearted man that was forced to do horrible things... A mutual friend had to give up her kitty, so he reluctantly and grudgingly took the furball in. The sweet girl adores him, and just showers him with unconditional love--and it's transformed him. Now when you see him, he shows you a multitude of his latest kitty pics & talks about all the cute things she does. When he starts getting wound up about past traumas, if you can steer him towards talking about his furry flatmate, it is beautiful to see how he loses his hundred-yard stare as his face softens into a gentle smile...
This cat became a hero a life saver. The house could have exploded, had a cigarette landed there. I love this cat for saving this couples life.
I know a woman who had the same problem and was also told there was nothing wrong. She lit a cigarette in their basement and the whole house exploded. Three died and two barely survived. Bless her and her family.

Believe it or not cats are caring you show them love and I'll show you love and they're very intelligent if you just give him the time of day I have nine cats in my house they are the most cleanest cats and they are fun to watch they have a playroom off to their self and they run from one side of the room to the other side of room from Tower to Tower and they have the most fun if they ever seen me sneeze are fall the right there to check on me cats are definitely 100% the most caring animal that you could probably work with I love all animals though all it takes is TLC to every animal and they can be intelligent

@@deathcreeps6227 is Angel also a cat? What did you do to stop Charles' aggression? I've fostered cats and dogs for 10 years. Adopted out 26 animals. Have kept 2 due to their medical conditions. At one point I had 2 female cats that weren't from the same litter and one was aggressive toward the other. No major fights but lots of hiding in corners and swatting and spiting as the other passed by. . We survived though. haha

I let in a stray cat years ago, and one night, he woke me up growling. I thought "oh crap, he's feral". When he kept growling I heard a loud crack. There was a burglar trying to open my front window. When the police arrived, they found a gun in the bushes under that window. He lived another 21 years. God bless that cat!

I clicked on this because I had an orange tabby named Ringo that looked exactly like this. He went to the Bridge about 6 years ago and is missed bunches. So glad to see this story about another Ringo and smile.

My Boy Preston is My Miracle. I suffer from depression and he was given to me for Christmas in 2009. He knows when I get in my moods and Loves and Comforts me whenever I need it. He gives me Unconditional Love everyday. Cats to me are Blessings which god disguises as Angels.
I was badly abused as a child & my cat always knew when to come and comfort me. Cats are definitely a gift from above

I took on all my 3 babies after they needed a new home. They are my world, my kids, the things that matter to me, I'm bipolar and it has helped me so much also, they make me laugh, they do cute my heart melts, i cannot imagine life without them ♥️
Amen to that. Back when my husband and I were courting (we didn't realize it at the time, thought we were "just good friends". Everyone else knew we were courting...), I explained to him why I love cats. It's not just that they give you unconditional love, but just as importantly, they recognize and whole-heartedly accept your love for them.
Mentioned my courtship for a reason...Humans can be scared of love, especially if they've been burned in a relationship. Which is why my guy & I had trouble admitting our feelings for the other even to ourselves at first. Even when we'd each realized that we'd fallen for the other, we were scared to let on, worried about ruining our friendship. Not sure how we ever managed to get up the courage to finally confess (we blame divine intervention!). Point being: we humans sure make things complicated, don't we? Cats (and, ok, dogs too) accept and give love without worries or reservations, and it can be so healing for us crazy humans...
I am just seeing this and tears are rolling down my face. I had a red tabby cat named Ringo. Also named for Ringo Starr. He was a quiet cat until he got sick. He passed away just a year and a half ago. Animals can be amazing. I'm so glad this family was saved.

Animals are so sensitive, but cannot communicate with us - so we must learn to listen to them. I've had cats all my life and two years ago I found my first ginger boy, he is very special. RINGO WAS AWESOME!

Sweet smart kitty! 💖 The story makes me miss my cat Felix who passed away this past November. He was very smart and caring, too. I caught a virus once and got so sick I could barely walk, had a temp of 108. Felix stayed by me the whole time, he didn’t even leave to eat. Anytime I’d stumble to the bathroom he stayed right by me, watching, making sure I was ok. I’ll never forget that sweet boy.

I suffered from extreme bad depression and Agoraphobia for 5 years. All the doctors and therapist didn’t/couldn’t help me!!! It wasn’t until I plucked up the courage to go out and get another dog that my depression got better.
At one time in my life I had 3 dogs, 7 horses, 3 pet sheep, 2 very large goats, 3 rabbits and 600 chickens. Although hard work, my life was absolutely perfect but as they gradually died I didn’t replace any of them with another animal. I was down to my last dog and horse which unfortunately died within a month of each other and that’s when I went into an extreme depressive state of mind. None of the so called experts asked me what my life was like before I became so depressed so none of the doctors or mental health professionals could help me!!!!
It took a Springer Spaniel pup to bring me out of the depression!!!!!
I owe my life to my Springer Spaniel pup. If it wasn’t for her I wouldn’t be here today.
I have a friend similar to you. She had prize winning dairy goats. Lost them all and fell into depression. Still in it unfortunately. She is unable to have any pets and in her case would refuse any animal except goats and only her goats if someone gives her a large farm, cabin, and barn. So she is a little SOL.

Ringo is a Hero saved them couples life from the gas leak and I have a Cat he's given me so much Joy and Happiness and he's my Angel and Cats are humans best friend and Ringo had to tell his owner there's trouble and he saved the humans life and a Miracle Cat and a Hero

wow, that is incredible! Wow, so glad that you listened to Ringo. They can't talk but they really do try to express themselves. Anyone who owns a cat, try to understand them better! I own a rescue, and she is my baby, while others gave her back to the rescue! She has unique qualities that I watched and grew to understand. I encourage you all to watch and try and understand. Do not punish behaviour that you think is bad until you understand what it may be!

My best friend, Sonny, passed away a couple of years ago at 14. He had feline diabetes and we just couldn't get it under control. He kept going into sugar shock and the vet would adjust his medication (2 shots a day). The poor guy (Sonny, not the vet) gave up and I made the very difficult decision to have him go for a long sleep. The last contact I had with him, he tried to bite me! I don't know what that was all about, but guess who's coming to visit me every night after all these years??? Yup!! Complete with pillow kneading and a very loud purrrrrrr. I kid you not. I'm not well and am convinced he's come to console me. I do believe in life after death and he's come to make sure I'm okay. Anyone else have stories like this??? I'd sure be interested in hearing them. Cats are the most intuitive critters I know..........more so than people, because most humans are too egotistical to care or worry about other people.
My cat, Kitty Baby was murdered, poisoned, on June 14th, 2018. Then my Baby was put into a plastic bag and thrown in a trash bin. My neighbors, either Judy or John did this horrendous thing to my sweet Baby. He and I were all we had for 3 yrs, just the 2 of us. No other family, he had more friends than I did and there was not a thing I could do about his murder. Ever since, he too comes to my bed and I can feel him walk and then curl up next to me. I have since gotten another kitty, Greyson, who plays with him in the hallway. They chase eachother and when grey has had enough, he lies down in the same place that Baby slept and snoozes. I love them both but I was over the moon for Baby, as he was me. I don't think we are ready yet to let the other go. Love binds your heart and your lives to others. If there is a heaven, I pray that I'll be met by 3 horses, 2 cats and a dog. Probably no people will meet me, but they will be there. I like animals more than people, I guess...

I have felt my late rescue brush up against my legs multiple times in a row. I've also felt her jump in the bed and snuggle next to me.
@@KrinchiD YES!! I can feel Sonny jump on the bed too. He used to jump from a dresser to the bed and land with a bit of a thud. He's doing that now! So maybe there is something behind this. Thank you for sharing this with me.
