There is so much conflicting information online it makes my head spin!
Same youre not alone..
Try to maybe replace dairy with nut milks or soy milk for coffee or tea etc.. Try buying plant based cheeses or vegan cheese at whole foods or Trader Joe's to consume.
Whole foods and Trader Joe's have alot of organic products for sale. It's a little expensive but worth it to do your grocery shopping at those stores.
Try eating more of a plant based diet. Concentrate more on fresh fruits and vegetables, unsalted nuts, seeds such as flaxseeds, hemp seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, whole grains like quinoa etc...

Milk is good for pcos patient,it's my personal experience
Thank you for sharing!
What about Greek yogurt?
Turkish yoğurt better than it , helps me for pcos
I don’t spend money on a lot of things, one thing that I enjoy is grabbing coffee from cafe’s and I tried milk alternatives but it takes away the joy because it doesn’t taste good😢 I have pcos and want to treat my body better - could I just lower my intake and keep it as organic as possible?
I heard a lot of people say to go GF & DF.
Hi there, thank you for commenting! I'm unable to provide personalised nutrition advice, I do apologise. I recommend following local dietary guidelines. For example, here in Australia it is recommended to consume 2.5 daily serves of dairy. x
Hii, I had mild burning sensation in my left uterus from last 2 months is that affect to consive.
Thank you 😍DR RORPOPOR HERBAL on UA-cam, for curing my 5 years PCOS sickness your natural remedies are the best 👌 don't stop. Saving lifes....
You’re right, feeling how it all began to shrink and eventually disappear within 2 months was so liberating. I followed the steps I mentioned, and within the first 2 weeks the bloating was gone. I simply go'ogled Tilly Strankten's Guide and it's like I hit the feel-good reset button lol.
What about grass fed + organic dairy?
These should be fine. Unless you've been advised otherwise, I suggest still consuming dairy as per the Australian Dietary Guidelines.
How about gluten-free diet! Does it help!
Unless your healthcare provider has advised otherwise, you don't need to avoid gluten completely. For PCOS, it's best to focus on low GI carbs and spacing your carbs throughout the day.
