6:00AM :- 1 APPLE
6:30AM :- YOGA OR GYM
8:00AM:- PINE APPLE OR MOSMI JUICE without salt
8:30 AM :- SPROUTS (WITHOUT LEMON and boil patato) or museli corn with milk
9:30 AM :- BEAKFAST ( use tond milk, brown bread with peanut butter slice) avoid ghee.
11:00AM :- fruits and bhune chane
1:00PM :- LUNCH ( 2 ROTI, daal , rosted or boiled checken and 1 plate salad)
3:00PM :- SWEET CORN
5:00PM:- MIX JUICE
7:30PM:- DINNER ( brown rice , daal, salad, egg without yog)
Note :- use mcvities buscuit and Avoide junk food and sweets
