@@rockman9377 I mean, if you want to keep the enemy from breaching your first wall, sure. With cities that's a must-do, but if you have a two-walled fortress or 3-walled Citadel...let the enemy wear themselves out marching to their deaths.

When u are besiged by 3 armies and u got a full upgraded castle with canon towers.
I've found the Ballistae Towers to be the best. They were more accurate and penetrated armour just as much, but set rams and towers on fire easier.
