On the hot air balloon one his trial one honestly almost made it. Had he not erased it and just added a small landing ramp or even change the angle a bit he could have saved himself some time and energy.
Vikk in my Wood Shop class two years ago i made a bridge (held 370 pounds/ 167 Kilograms) and every time i watch these videos i pray you recreate it lol.

I know that group project feel. They built and tested the ballista and had fun times, whereas I defined the vocabulary, wrote down the correct data, graphed the quadratics, and compared with different projectiles. Life is hard.
In tech ed last year, I had to build a bridge out of 50 popsicle sticks that held 10 pounds, and mine was actually just a triangle. Like most had a bottom and 2 straight up-and-done sides, but I connected my 2 sides for added support. I believe my bridge ended up holding about 12 pounds or so.

Would it work if he supported the bridge from under where the boat goes? So the boat goes through a tunnel of steel or something? I don't know but it could work

You can just copy one section of the bridge and paste it wherever so you don't have to do the same thing over and over
you should answer some Q&A's while you play polybridge, it's a nice game to chill out to and just listen to you

On the monster truck one you could have used the left-two points to make an extended landing platform to not go over budget
if you look at the set points (the red ones) it shows you where you need to put roads
