I don't know if Vik had ever tried moving that joint when he finally succeeded during his 20 minutes of tweeting, but I spotted the problem early. When you create a curving road, the parts on top of the bridge (i.e. on the side which cars are driving on)is for pure rigidness and the parts under the bridge is for the shaping (if that made sense). Think about it, there's mass and gravity (totally not a reference in the giant jenga vid). The parts you add on top of the bridge is held by a fixed point and is giving downward force TO the fixed point. However, if you put anything under a bridge, unless THE part is linked with a fixed point, everything else is extra weight DRAGGING DOWNWARDS, pulling the bridge. So if you make tweets with the bottom parts, the weight distribution will be changed and cause the road angle to change. Anyways, glad to see you figuring it out in the end.
P.S. I'm not a professional architect/physicist. Don't quote me on any of this stuff if I'm wrong.
Vik had put 2 failed examples of how tweeting there has not worked, and this showed the exact problem: the place(s) being tweeted is UNDER the road, causing weight/downward pressure. There is only one joint which is located on top of the bridge (i.e. the one with three ropes connected to it) and that's the only tweet Vik could make to cut budget.
I don't get why I find this so entertaining, vikk just makes it good😂
