It’s a real shame that we’ll never get a full high production SCP movie. SCP is Creative Commons, which is kinda a double edged sword in this case. It protects SCP from being owned by one guy (and someone has tried, it was scary), but it also would prevent the enforcement of piracy and copyright laws for any big budget film. These crowd-funded projects are about as big as it gets for the Foundation.
@@scottpeltier3977definitely. Some talented people with money in the community over the course of a few years could make something absolutely incredible.
Honestly we don't need Hollywood or Netflix coming in and ruining it. Small indie projects like this are even more impressive then a big budget spectacle with no heart.
One of my favorite things about SCP is that, a lot of the time, the horror doesn’t rely on characters being dumb. You can really see it in SCP Dollhouse, another production from these guys. People will be smart and careful about things, and stuff just goes wrong because of uncontrollable circumstances, or unknown factors.
That’s what’s so great about the SCP verse, they don’t do ANYTHING you can truly be mad at them for or get annoyed with cause 90% of the time these anomalies are just entirely out of human understanding and cannot be controlled easily. Like with SCP-096 and the guy wanting to terminate him, he killed a lot of people because he knew 096 could potentially be something that ends the world with todays technology, he makes sense entirely but his morales are wrong, yet you can’t exactly easily fault him
SCP: Dollhouse and SCP: Overlord are also good short films. But there's also the Lombardi Tales by Volgun which are amazing, a series of small videos about 40 minutes in total which are snippets from a field operative. Really any SCP is worth it. Maxwell also does some SCP videos. SCP 426 if you want to understand the toaster memes. SCP 2316 if you want to not recognize the bodies in the water. SCP 2875 for bears. SCP 5031 if you want best boi.
Hell yeah this is top tier content. Make sure to watch SCP OVERLORD. It's similar but with a different SCP and focuses on the experience of foundation troops on the ground.
To be fair, SCP-096 is going *at least* 35KPH. It sounds goofy when he screams going that fast, horrifying in the moment. Also, "The goggles, THEY DO NOTHING!"
Love the content as always an SCP video is I’d recommend is called “SCP Overlord” which is a sem-realistic military operation to investigate an anomalous site
We should clarify that the stuff from Evan Royalty progress from his earlier work on GTA as a film maker to the Overlord movie which is like his Magnus Opus and live action. Although Overlord itself is great on its own I feel she might appreciate watching him progress, Alicia as a film school graduate, from animated film to live action.
SCP fan films are some of my absolute favorite indie content. Incredible levels of creativity and atmospheric storytelling made by incredibly talented and dedicated fans on absolute shoestring budgets.
Oh heck yeah, I was so excited to watch you react to this video, the production team really showed off their skills in here, glad you love it and hope chat some day suggest you the SCP Overlord video they are recommending some good stuff, loved the reaction it was cute seeing you scared sorry
This is one of my absolute favorite SCP fan films and I loved seeing how impressed and spooked it made you Alicia. If you wanna see another excellent fan film I'd highly recommend checking out SCP: Overlord. Also just wanna say that I hope your cancer treatments have been going well and you've been feeling ok. Stay strong rat queen!
Another one by the same director as Overlord is SCP: Dollhouse, both done by the same man that is incredibly passionate about bringing SCP to life, and both are actually origianl SCP's of his own creation
I’m noticing a congregation of “You do not recognize the bodies in the water” so I’d like to add that if you want the context for the joke, watch SCP-2316 “Field Trip”. As always thanks for the work you put in, I’m really looking forward to seeing your reactions to more SCP content!
Part of me wishes they would do fan films for SCP-469 or 616 or 450 or even 895. They are super terrifying and you could do a lot with them. 469 is the angel with endless wings that grow from sound, swallowing any who touch it. 616 is a door on a plane that supposedly leads to the underworld, and if it is allowed to close once it is forced open, something catastrophic will happen. 450 is an abandoned prison whose death row section is filled with bloodthirsty ghosts that will attack at the slightest sign of life, kept at bay by a drawing of a ritual seal of blood behind the electric chair that somebody has to keep intact, forcing someone to walk down the deadly hall. 895 is a coffin that is ordinary to our eyes, but on a camera or in recordings near it you start seeing some crazy stuff that eventually makes people lose their psyche. We need movies for them.
Kickstarter has really made it possible for a lot of passion projects. Things like this and the animated Vox Machina series just make it really achievable for indy projects to do so much more, or even bring them to the attention of companies that can provide more funding
Gotta appreciate 096 for being polite at least. Could have easily just smashed through the house to kill the guy who scratched the photo, but chose to go through the door instead
Well, you know, now that you watched this one Alicia, you’re basically obligated to watch “scp dollhouse,” and “scp overlord.” I’m sorry, I don’t make the rules. But don’t worry, those short films are just as good as this one, imo even more so. You’re definitely in for a treat!

SCP Overlord and SCP Dollhouse is a must, but are great films made by the same guy Evan Royalty. They dive into even more depth of what Certain SCP Mobile Task Forces deal with each day trying to contain eldritch creatures,
Aside from more SCP's for you to get into, especially the popular SCP's like for example, SCp-035, SCP-049, SCP-682, and of course SCP-173. I would also recommend you look up some information about some of the more reoccuring SCP characters... especially authors/characters like Dr. Alto Clef, Dr. Jack Bright, as well as the various different takes on the O5 Council. In addition to those, i would also recommend some of my personal favorite SCP's, but only after you have gotten deeper into the SCP lore... like SCP-3000, SCP-5000 (this one in particular can only be enjoyed after getting deeper into SCP lore), SCP-2845, and SCP-701.
The self contained reality bender that ended the universe, and the type green training videos are fun. Also the witch child after story AKA the good ending.
I would highly recommend a channel called The Exploring Series as he's another big scp (and 40k) lore channel, he also covers tales rather than specifically the scp documents which there are some absolutely phenomenal scp tales. I would recommend stuff like the ouroboros cycle which is half tale half scp-001 proposal
Especially now knowing your film-background, there are two more short fan films you HAVE to check out: 1. Toph - An Avatar fan film 2. Darth Maul: APPRENTICE The second one actually was made in Germany, so as a SW fan I hold a bit of national pride for it 😂. The director - Shawn Bu - is actually the brother of a big German UA-camr, Julien Bam. There also is behind the scenes to both short films.
Fun fact about the Warthog Plane gun, is that it has to burst like that because if it keeps firing, the recoil is so bad it will push the plane backwards and make it drop out of the sky 😂
This video was so creepy to watch! Definitely had me at the edge of my seat every so often. I highly recommend watching a video on SCP 1471 though, it's one of my favorites!
There's a channel here on UA-cam called Evan Royalty whose done some SCP videos. They had one they called Overlord which was extremely well done and worth a watch.
If you liked this you should definitely check out SCP: OVERLORD and SCP: DOLLHOUSE both are really good mini-movies. If you want background info dollhouse is a pure fan concept. A unlisted scp with no number. Overlord is similiar but draws potential ties to: - SCP 4243 - SCP 2521 - SCP 1346 - SCP 2480 The true numbers are disputed but this group of 4 is a bunch of weird objects and otherwise inffered to be tied to the scenes within overlord. It might be a good idea to get a good understanding of these 4 before or after watching Overlord.
You want to freak out with one of the scariest SCPs? The Volgan's video on SCP- 2316 Field trip. You will need your blanky for this video. And remember, you do not recognise the bodies in the water.
@@aliciaxdeath thank you for watching SCP. A lot of channels have stopped making them because there isn't a real potential for growth. Everyone who has watched them has already done so.
If you want more bite sized video's about SCP's, I recommend Detective Void. It's an animation channel about guy who is a Detective who is investigating SCP's. Their is a little story thread in the videos too. Also, the animation changes from video to video.
There’s a vid where the O5 do state that he is going to be killed even if he fails to kill O96. The Yule man is good for horror and the 001 files. As for the budget I think it was like 5-10k
Everyone’s out here only recommending (rightfully so, mind you) Dollhouse and Overlord, and here I am thinking, Don’t forget SCP: First Contact or SCP: Ghost Town! Two equally phenomenal videos that showcase just how crazy some of these things can get. They’re not live-action, but the editing is very solid and they’re both very creepy.

I highly recommend SCP-507 Relucant Dimension Hopper by Volgun. It's kinda horror but it's mostly intriguing seeing where the SCP teleports to
Alicia: "He's so fast!"
Yes, the file mentions 35kph because that's the speed 096 normally goes if his target is relatively close when he's triggered. The other speed is redacted because his top speed is highly variable...The further away 096's target is when he's initially triggered, the faster he will run to get to it. From one example I've heard about, 096 used a sloping mountainside as a ramp so he could take a literal running jump to get to an airplane in mid-flight, where his target was. SCP video number 4 where I recommend SCP 5031. I have no doubt that you will adore Just Another Murder Monster.
There beginning part reminded me of Murder Drones.
There is a branching timeline to a lot of SCP canons. There are articles on the wiki that treat 096 as dead or still alive after this point.

can't wait for more, I love the reality bender stories. Also for every bad ending there is a good ending. Type greens make great stories.
The self contained reality bender that ended the universe, and the type green training videos are fun. Also the witch child after story AKA the good ending.
I think the next SCP I think you should delve into is SCP 682
It's one of the most iconic ones and about as known in the fandom as 096
I would highly recommend a channel called The Exploring Series as he's another big scp (and 40k) lore channel, he also covers tales rather than specifically the scp documents which there are some absolutely phenomenal scp tales. I would recommend stuff like the ouroboros cycle which is half tale half scp-001 proposal
More scp les go
Especially now knowing your film-background, there are two more short fan films you HAVE to check out:
1. Toph - An Avatar fan film
2. Darth Maul: APPRENTICE
The second one actually was made in Germany, so as a SW fan I hold a bit of national pride for it 😂.
God these scp Fan projects are so good. I really feel you'd love SCP Overlord and SCP DollHouse, they're a lot like this
This video was so creepy to watch! Definitely had me at the edge of my seat every so often. I highly recommend watching a video on SCP 1471 though, it's one of my favorites!
Honestly If you want more Scp Content I recommend Scp illustrated, East, Site - 42. You'll love them
Scp illustrated showcases some more stories from scp-096 and they are peak
There's a channel here on UA-cam called Evan Royalty whose done some SCP videos. They had one they called Overlord which was extremely well done and worth a watch.
SCP 096 was originally human but due to another SCP, it caused the subject to undergo a mutation that made 096
If I may make a recommendation, i would like at the SCP Sedition videos. They're animated video interviews with a select few of the SCPs.
She should wacht the death of scp 096 from Mr illustrated after this video! (recommend).
If you liked this you should definitely check out SCP: OVERLORD and SCP: DOLLHOUSE both are really good mini-movies.
If you want background info dollhouse is a pure fan concept. A unlisted scp with no number.
Overlord is similiar but draws potential ties to:
- SCP 4243
- SCP 2521
- SCP 1346
- SCP 2480
The true numbers are disputed but this group of 4 is a bunch of weird objects and otherwise inffered to be tied to the scenes within overlord.
It might be a good idea to get a good understanding of these 4 before or after watching Overlord.
i can wait to see her reaction to 001 the scarlet king, 682, and 173
You want to freak out with one of the scariest SCPs? The Volgan's video on SCP- 2316 Field trip.
You will need your blanky for this video.
And remember, you do not recognise the bodies in the water.
:3 uploaded now! thanks for the super thanks!
Overload and Doll house next?
There’s a vid where the O5 do state that he is going to be killed even if he fails to kill O96. The Yule man is good for horror and the 001 files. As for the budget I think it was like 5-10k
When you will want to know why shy 096 is so agressive, watch reactions about his voice, posing and screams and you will find an answer by yourself :)
If she doesn't already have Evan Royalty's SCP short films ("Overlord" and "Dollhouse") on her to-watch list, she should.
