I have one question, mera ek case hein ,( muje apna grandmother ka property ka half share dad ka hissa hein voh chahiye , mere uncle ne haddap liya hein , uncle ka kehna hein mere dadi ne unke naam kiya hein , jinka information mere dadi jab jinda thi kaha nahi humse),
PROBLEMS GRAND FATHER 2005 EXPIRED, MY FATHER 2010 EXXPIRED , MY GRANDMOTHER 2015 EXPIRED ,
mere dad ke expire ke bad , humne apna partition manga tha , dadi ke jinda rehne ke time , but mere uncle ready nahi the , dene ke liye , humare unka family ke bich relation acha nahi tha , aur mere mummy aur dadi ke bich , but mere grand mother humse ek chizz kahi thi property ka division uncle ke 2 sons aur humare bitch ( we r two brothers), ke bich honge. mere grandmother ke expire ke batt 2016 mein kaffi meatings kiye village ke badde logo ke samne , but koi support nahi milla , lastly uncle ne forcefully , grandmother ka property apne naam per kerdiya.

LEGAL ADVICE IS NECESSARY
1. Try to check out property papers for the name entered in those papers
2. Whether the property of your grandfather and grandmother is ancestral property or self acquired property
3. Read clause 2 and 3 of section 6 of Hindu Succession Act 2005 completely which mentions the right of grandchildren on property
After all this u will get some idea regarding what to do.

After born son after partition can nont claim partition. Please correct the same.

If son was not born but present in mother's womb at the time of partition, then he can claim partition.
