Thanks for such an explanatory video .. But kindly look into the explanation of section 26. Under section 26 , the children born after the conversion of any hindu will be disqualified and not the person himself.
Very well explain Sir thank you 👍but I have a doubt When there is no provision of marrying one to another in Hindu law, then 2_3 how did the widow become and how will the devolution of property happen in sec-10.. Can you give me ans plz
Sir, I have one question regarding the right of Hindu widow lady under Hindu succession act-1956. In one Hindu family, Suppose his name is "A" . A (A is died) have two kids 1. One Son his Name is "B" & 2. One Daughter her Name is "C". B got married with "D" in the year 1945 and he died in 1948 but not have any heir/Kids. "D" (Widow Lady) sold ancestral properties in 1951 and "D" also died in 1955 I.e. before Hindu succession Act-1956 implemented. Hence the question is , Is properties sold by " D" (Widow lady) is Valid?? Thank you and looking forward your valuable advice on this regards.
Sir agar kisi male ki death ho gai hai toh kiya uski wife us property ko apni marzi se apne bachoo me devied kar sakti hai ye power us lady ke pass hogi agar ha toh ye kis section me ayega
Thank you .very informative. But in case of only son & daughter heir and son want whole property . he is not ready to get equally distributed. How will this case get solved?
One query, if my father expired and he had self owned property on his name. His legal heirs are grandmother, mother, son My grandmother expired after 1 year after his son so legal heirs left now son and mom. Now question is as partition has not been done yet as property is still on my father name . Can grandmother make an will in his lifetime or not ? As partition is not done yet be remember and thanks to please answer this
25:09 section 26 ke according convert person swam inherit prapt krne ko disqualified nahin hai balki converts krne wale k descendants hote h ... Because... section 26 says that... convert' s descendant disqualified ... Not that ... convert person disqualified
