Sir, as per Hindu Succession Act, Once the inherited property is partitioned, the share received by each coparcener becomes his or her self-acquired property.
It means the share got by your father through partition became his self acquired property.
But I will suggest you to consult a lawyer expert in this field because there may be ways through which you can file suit for your share in your father's self acquired property also as he set up his business by selling his partition share of ancestral property. All the best.

excellent mam, i would like to ask you a question regarding self-acquired property(shop) acquired by my father with a minimum effort (money borrowed) from her masi , later on he payed the full amount, will it still be a self-acquired because of no joint family members??

As per my knowledge, yes if will be a self acquired property. But you should consult some expert also as there may be some loopholes and we study different laws related to any topic to reach to the conclusion

My greatgrandfather purchased a piece of land. After his death that property was partitioned among his sons including my grandfather.
Can my grandfather transfer his property to anyone(for example his grandson) while he is alive through gift deed?
Can his sons and daughters claim that property.??

If a person gets a property through Partition, then that property will considered as his separate or self acquired property which he had sole right for its alienation as per his wish or choice.
Please consult some expert lawyer for the related issues as there are many loopholes in our law system.

Why Hindu women have been overpowered??? Why can she enjoy her husband's property's (ancestral+self acquired) plus her own parents (interstate) property(acquired+ancestral) too?? What about men, they only have source from their intestate father and nothing else!? Isn't this a stupid law! Can you further educate me if I'm wrong!

Respected viewer, law making is a very difficult task. Like, a person cannot make everyone happy in the same way some law may be beneficial to one but may not be beneficial to others.
We should think and treat every person as human being and not as male and female. I strongly believe that male and female should be treated equally and they should have equal rights and liabilities.
