On weak solar days or weeks or months does it work?

I have 3 solar cameras , no they would not charge until unless the solar panel is directly under the sun. On the plus side my camera's on the highest settings us only 10-15 percent battery in 24 hours and if you leave the solar panel under the sun for roughly 1 hour per day , you recover that percentage you loose .

BUNCH OF BS ... sounds like just a bunch of commercials for KICKBACKS from AMAZON.. I shopped around ..something that this side can't seem to do and found 3 of the 5 CHEAPER THAN AMAZON!!!
