- The MB-25 Endymion is the shuttlecraft counterpart to Acteon, for the AMTS space exploration vehicle set. It’s named after a Greek mythology character who had a deep infatuation with the moon, and amusingly that particular character was put into a deep sleep by the gods. It’s pretty well-built, but at the same time has almost no articulation.

Honestly if you get two Actaeons it's a more solid and intimidating combine mode. Great review I have one Endymion but two Actaeons and wasn't able to get the sea vehicle set.
I appreciate the comment! I could definitely see Acteon2x being a better combiner. Weird that you aren’t able to get ahold of the sea vehicles… I could’ve sworn at least the Elite version was still available, somewhere out there.
@XMattingly I haven't found Any of the Elites aside from the air one available anywhere I only have Icarus Elite and Regular Landbreaker.
@@thwipshot That sucks; I guess I’m behind the time - I thought Deep One was still _sort of_ out there. 52Toys did rerelease Landbreaker somewhat recently, so there’s always the possibility they’ll do the same for the sea set. ✌️
@@XMattingly I definitely recommend getting a second Acteon to review the combiner of two of them. It's very nice and solid!
i cant wait for tomorrow....or well some day soon, because my "airforce set"(and hpopefully the scorpion beastbox) is like 1 hour away from where i live, so it should be coming in the mail any day now, im excited
i got the scorpion, dragon fly, airfroce set, and "getter one" coming in the mail(sadly the dragonfly and "getter one" are gonna take a little longer to come), no idea where the scorpion is, the tracking info hasnt been updated at all for like 2 weeks now, which has me thinking, it might of been combined with the airforce set, because i ordered the airforce set like a week after the scorpion, and its gonna be delivered soon
That’s awesome - aside from the delays, I’m happy for you! I know how that is; sometimes those 3rd party carriers are bad about showing movement in their own system and you’re left without updates for a week or more. In my experience, DHL is the _worst._ But you’ve got a lot of good stuff that’ll get to you eventually.
I’ve got a few things coming, myself: the butterfly, dragonfly, goldfish, another set of 3cm filler inserts and Icicle. Early Christmas for both of us! 😎🎅🏼🎄🎁

Yeah, that double joint on the inside of each leg is not easy to maneuver, at all - at least going into box mode. The gun is a bonus item that’s available with a dinosaur called Sigma. ✌️
my package just came, havent opened it yet, but the box is massive, like probably the biggest box ive gotten from 52toys, praying it has the airforce set and the scorpion inside
nope, just the airforce set, oh well, i was most excited for the air force set anyways
idk if im just unlucky, or what, but it seems they stopped packing the little plastic card thing that your supposed to put in the box chargers, with the new figures, this is like my second or third time not getting those plastic acrd things, which kinda makes me sad, because those plastic cards made it so easy to get the beastboxes and mega boxes outof the boxchargers
@@unknownunknown-cd7rx Awesome about the air force set! Weird that you only got that one, since you said it came in a pretty big package but on the plus side that means there’ll be more to come. I’ve been shorted those Box Charger inserts a few times, myself- and weirdly got one with a figure that didn’t even come with a Box Charger. 🤷♂️ Interesting that you put all of yours to use; I was pretty diligent when I started collecting, but more recently have gotten lazy about those inserts. Hope you’re enjoying your Air Force set. ✌️😎
ya the airforce set, even though only has 3 figures(and 3 box chargers), the box itsself is massive, which i wasnt expecting so i had hope there would be the scorpion or maybe the dragon fly with it@@XMattingly and ya, the insert things are really helpful(for me atleast), because some of the figures are hard to get out(especially the owl figures, because they are so flat, and have no gaps in the box mode), i might try to get like a "lego brick seperator" or something, like a wedge type of thing
@@unknownunknown-cd7rx I finally saw photos of the Air Force set box, and yep -- it's surprisingly very large! As far as the Box Chargers, yeah I think any type of lever that'll fit in the handle should work. I saw someone on social media using what looked like a pair of plastic tweezers with a curved end, and it looked like it worked really well. Some figures - like the owls you mentioned - are definitely a little tricky to grab ahold of.
I have this figure and if you use the feet in the other legs you can get a quad walker.
ya the 4 leg mode, is way cooler tbh
if i remember right, you can combine this mech, with the new squid they released not to long ago(downsprial), so you can give it a weapon
I did see that in the instructions; I debated putting that in but as a point of comparison with the humanoid form of every other AMTS I thought it’d be best to keep it simple, since this easily could’ve turned into a half hour video. I may possibly do a feature of different “codes” at some point, but not sure how I’d want to approach that. Appreciate you mentioning that! 😎
@@XMattingly i obviously cant speak for other people, but i personally think longer videos(even if just by a few minutes), could be entertaining, like your normal videos are already really fun to watch, so longer videos would just give even more entertainment, because there usally is a good amount of time between uploads(i obviously dont blame you for this, you got a life, and these figures arent cheap, especilly with how the economy is going, with prices of food and gas and stuff going up)

I actually started out intending to make videos “10 minutes or less”, but eventually gave up on that and (generally) settled on something around 12-14 minutes, with an occasional one like this one that runs a little longer. The fact that you actually watch my stuff makes it totally worthwhile. 😎
im gonna bet, you think the worst combiner is the deepdive bot(that one is so akward to get put in combine mode, and the vehicle modes are so flimsy)
Lol, you are definitely perceptive! It could easily be another year before I circle back around to all the other AMTS sets, so it’ll probably be a while before I’ll have something more articulate to say about all of them. Thanks for watching! ✌️😎
