This is front line beach next to a 5 star hotel, a complex with communal garden, swimming pool and garage included in the deed. The apartment is completely refurbished with new kitchen with appliances from Bosch, new aircon, 2 new bathrooms, new floors, electricity, pipes, etc.
Lovely views but if you were living there permanently then you would soon get fed up with the noise from the cafes and visitors. On basis of what's happening currently in the World on a political and financial level then I do think that the price is too high. It will sell though as someone with a lot of money will probably buy it as a long term investment.........taking into consideration the amazing view, I wish I could afford it.

This is what you have to pay first line on Costa del Sol... and about the noise, the apartment is not noisy but wether you like to live in an area with amenities around you or in a more quiet place, it really depends on the individual taste :)

Its a strange layout though with no ensuites.The views are amazing though. Reckon it should be around €300-325k tops
