Great video. My wife and I are interested in retiring to the Costa del Sol, areas of interest include Benalmádena and Estepona. I’d love to hear your recommendations. Both areas look amazing, access to the train in Benalmádena is a plus. Looking forward to your reply.

Thank you, Santiago, your videos are one of the best I've seen about Malaga/Marbella and buying real estate there. We are family of 4, both kids go to school and we are looking for penthouse/small house to buy and relocate to Malaga. We are interested mostly in new builds. The main question we have is which area is the best for family to live convenient live - have good public transportation facilities for kids to go to school (have private school), have supermarkets, restaurants, beach, to be able easily with car 15-20 minutes to go to bigger city for nightlife or just for the weekend, but also have seaviews and luxury/peaceful daily life at home. Which area would you recommend to look at with budget around 450-500K?
