The radiator mounting boss threads for both bolts need sealing. They will leak boost. The holes above the ram air inlets, one on each side need plugged. I tap them and run a hex plug into them. Thread them deep and the well nuts for the tank cover will still work.
Looks great so far..i will say having a slammed A1 that your definately going to be hitting the rad with the tire on the street unless its a drag only bike
If you don’t have a billet clutch basket you will grenade the stock one. Stock baskets grenade on oem horsepower. MTC makes the best for the 12. Stock pistons are junk. Won’t live at 200-215hp on boost.
True 6psi is all a stock engine is going to hold with 93 pump ask me how I know 😎. Gap plugs to 19-20 tho. Turbo is good enough size. 215ish is about what the motor will hold reliable
If it’s a B model, then it will have a hole the size of a nickel behind the steering head. Look into the inspection cover over the tbs all the way forward.

Send your ecu to Scott Davis and have him flash a turbo tune into it. Davis performance.
Funny.. seen your mustang, than this. Ironically I as well have a turbo ZX that I built almost identical to yours... And a 460 blown Ranger...

You will need to remove the inlet air temp sensor out of the tb inspection cover. Mount it in open air. Don’t let it touch metal.
