Bad = +Speed, -Defense and +Evasion (beats sad and surprise)
Surprise = -Speed, +Luck and +Hitrate (beats happy and disgust)
Disgust = -Attack, +Defense (beats angry and bad)

And in order to enable, go into the settings in game and look around there. You’ll see that theirs a mod section ( this is after you download one folder )

you need to complete the boss rush with all party members iirc
