    I would recommend a series or a video for FHA/first-time homebuyers. I know that may not be your area of expertise but something helpful as to how they navigate things and can get an equally fair opportunity in the marketplace.

    RE agents claimed thus far 5% to 6% of the homeowner's wealth, many times over because each and every home is sold many times.
    RE agents do not have to attend college paying expensive tuition.
    RE agents do not have to get special education like lawyers and doctors do to be able to charge clients tens of thousands dollars. If you sell a few homes, you could have earned as much as doctors or lawyers do. Yet you do not have to learn special skills paying expensive tuition.
    In UK, RE agents claim less than 2% for each home sold.
    In USA, RE agents claimed 5%-6% for each home sold. They did not add a single $ to the value. They just matched a buyer to the seller.
    Homes are the greatest valued asset for most Americans. 5 to 6% of that asset was owned by the RE agents.
