Excellent tips!
Glad it was helpful!
Yeah yeah Geat and all, and im stoked for the next 2 towers they will build, but what are they going to do about all the traffic? Church street is a one lane going both ways street with the YMCA right next door, did anyone think about this before? And now with the music venue, Nashville should have seriously done an u derground or above ground transit system before thinking about becoming a big city. The streets are not in their favor
Thank you for the comment, the traffic one is certainly on point. The hard part would transit is that it’s massively expensive and always cost five and ten times what they initially say it will. that’s where it loses the support for many in the public. I am personally for it, if it can be done responsibly.

Who wouldn’t want to live here??
Ole friend Brad spittin' facts!
What is the update on the 2nd Amazon Office Tower that was put on hold??
Good question, that will be the third tower for them overall. The first two have been built. The timeline for when that one starts is not yet determined, I would expect it to start by sometime in 2026 and be open by 2029.
Is there some law in Nashville that no building can be over 500 feet tall? Short stubby skyline. If the land is so valuable it seems like they would be building taller.
Good question, on the whole we don’t have a reason for the need to build that tall yet. We just don’t have the kind of industry that would need super tall buildings. And building residential buildings that tall is super tough. Lastly the FAA has to approve the heights of building over a certain height in downtown and that’s a big part of it as well.
RE agents claimed thus far 5% to 6% of the homeowner's wealth, many times over because each and every home is sold many times. RE agents do not have to attend college paying expensive tuition. RE agents do not have to get special education like lawyers and doctors do to be able to charge clients tens of thousands dollars. If you sell a few homes, you could have earned as much as doctors or lawyers do. Yet you do not have to learn special skills paying expensive tuition. In UK, RE agents claim less than 2% for each home sold. In USA, RE agents claimed 5%-6% for each home sold. They did not add a single $ to the value. They just matched a buyer to the seller. Homes are the greatest valued asset for most Americans. 5 to 6% of that asset was owned by the RE agents.
Charles, please provide some more context. It would be appreciated.
I just hope we don’t get anymore ugly glass skyscrapers. The city is growing to fast, we still have a huge government corruption problem.
I think the trend will slowly turn away from all glass buildings. The new St Regis starting soon is one example of a new beautiful building that will not be all glass and will stand out.
Great info!
Yup. I agree!

Nashville tene kee?????
We are growing so quickly!
Thanks. Disappointing Voce is not going to be available till 2026, I was under the impression there would be units available end of 2024. I rely a lot on Google Maps for my search, but their satellite view pictures of Nashville are 5+ years old. Apple maps is no better. Can you recommend a more recent aerial map of Nashville.
always on the rise!
