- Hey UA-cam been a busy few weeks! 🍻
In this project I'm making new stained glass windows for my clients new wooden front door and frame that they are having made. For the design inspiration my client sent over some photos of the original windows that are still in place elsewhere in the property. It's always one heck of a challenge trying to match up the glass colours and textures with super old windows as most of the original glasses used are no longer made! Super happy with this one, I think it came out looking fantastico

I would be proud to have a gorgeous stained glass entryway like that! It never ceases to amaze me to see the infinite number of designs that can be created with stained glass.
So many design options 👏👏👏👏👏 🍻🍻
The subtle background colors are nice, but I love the purple and the bit of antique hammered glass for contrast. Thanks for sharing!
Came out lovely this one, cheers for watching 🤍🧡🤎
Wow! What a beautiful difference!! Stained glass in doors and windows is a lot more popular in England than it is here in the US. In just about every British movie or series I watch, there is always stained glass in one or more homes. I wish that were a thing here. 😊
We stick to old traditions
Cheers Speedy, It's popular to try to put back the old things in properties over here 💛💚🧡
You make this look so easy! 😍
I might of had a little practice 😂💜💚💛

Thank you Mexico 🇲🇽🍻
The door is gorgeous, but I’m obsessed with the “pirate” ship in the back ground. Is there a video of it or a close up?
Haha cheers for the 🏴☠️💛🧡, when I get some nice sunshine through the window I'll make a little short video of it with some pirate music 😂🍻
Congratulations on the work, hugs from Flávio/Brazil 🇧🇷
Cheers Flavio 🇧🇷💚💛🩵
Hi Jan. In your videos I never see you using a "grinder" to the peaces of glass. Is it necessary in this kind of work?
I love your art. Thanks for sharing. Renata from Brazil
To be honest I rarely use a grinder, I do have one but if you're super accurate with the cutting there's no need to grind ❤️💚💛
Lovely work as always...I like your groziers (nippers)? I like the shape better than what we have here in US...can I ask what manufacter?
They are Silberschnitt tungsten tipped grozing pliers but they stopped making them many years ago 😭
Que belleza!!felicitaciones, me encantan sus trabajos!una consulta, que pasta le pone después de cada trabajo?gracias 🇦🇷🙌👏
It's a specialist leadlight cement 🖤🖤🖤🖤
Gracias 🙏@@LightLeadedDesigns
You make it look so easy. I do stain glass with foil and I know better. I love all your pieces, they are just fantastic!! Keep sharing!!
Cheers Herb, it's appreciated. It makes me giggle when some think lead lighting is easier than foiling as they watch the videos 💚💛🧡
But lead is not dangerous?
I have regular blood tests at the doctors to make sure my blood levels are very normal. I've been doing it this way for 27 years now 💜🧡💙
