In this episode of HB Mornings, we will explore the teams on the Seahawks schedule with the highest variance that are likely to either make the season very hard or far easier.

As someone who lives right outside of Atlanta, I can say that people down here don’t quite know what the Falcons can/will be. The FA addition of Cousins was huge for them, but the drafting of Penix (instead of a defensive player) crushed spirits here. It will be a decision that people talk about for years. I’ll be at the game and I think our defensive changes have the ability to get at Cousins. We’ll see what happens!

Falcons are looking scary now, especially with Canales as HC, a good veteran qb, and high upside rookie qb added. I really think that's going to end up being a super important game for both teams.

I share your excitement. I could see this year being much like Russell’s rookie year.
I think this year is more like 2011. Brian had a great show about roster turnover. Year one with a new coach is about identifying your core. Year two, to me, is about adding the pieces to push you over the top.

True. Rodgers may have peaked years ago.
Chicago might split with the Vikings but that is it in their division.

In 2022, Rogers didn't have any weapons or his OC
I'll agree on weapons but not on OC. Rodgers had just as good or better years w/o Hackett. Plus Hackett might not be able to coach unless he has peak rodgers.
@@iron_bison just pointing out facts. His weapons left. First year with a new OC. You may interpret the value however you feel is correct.

I count the Jets as a loss for the Seahawks if Rodgers plays against them.
Jets are going to be hard with tyrod taylor playing for them. That defense has some real juice to it.
