Great review and I love your painting. I feel like people either love or hate oils. I fall into the second category. I swatched them and immediately remembered why I don’t paint with oils. I’m giving mine to my daughter who only paints with oils and who doesn’t understand my love of acrylics lol Beautiful work by you, as always.
Oh, she’ll enjoy them! I usually stay away from oils, I have a very small collection of standard colors, but these guys, because they watersoluble, just not as scary. Definitely different feel, maybe you can try them once?
@@artsymbol2560 Honestly it’s the dry time I can’t get past (and the smell.) Even with a medium it’s days if you lay the paint on thick. I learned to paint with acrylic and taught myself water color, but I just can’t get into oils. I’m happy they will have a home with someone who will use them. And maybe she will make me another artwork for my wall. ☺️

Lol it scares me too, but you can just use water for cleaning brushes and everything! It helps!
