  • I had some worn chairs that were ready for a make over. This time I go over how I stripped, re-finished, repaired, wove a new seat from webbing, and generally brought new life to an old chair!

Great video, Caleb! That chair turned out amazing...and it was totally worth you showing the before and after, even if you had to do it again. It really demonstrated how you brought the chairs back to life! I like the shorter/faster projects, because I feel like I can actually do them...not an awesome monster assembly table! ha ha

Haha thanks! Good to hear. And bonus! They’re a lot easier to publish and get out.

I absolutely love this. Great "rescue" of that chair and really cool to see how it is done.

Good work, Caleb! The weaving technique looks easy enough, but it's probably tedious and the hardest part is staying focused on where each piece starts and goes. Again, great job!

Thanks! It was actually a lot of fun doing the weave.

Nice video Caleb! Quick edit too and well done. In my opinion it’s definitely worth it gives the smaller videos. Because you never know what’s going on strike a chord with your audience. Good pace, and good result nice work brother

Thanks man! I’m already planning some more. And man was it nice to edit a short project! Started with 20 clips and less than an hour of footage! Lately it’s been well over 100 and hours, ha.

Personally, I like the smaller "one part of a project" videos, but don't drop the details, The maker community is so good for sharing knowledge

the important part what makes the chair could have been showen a bit better and maybe not fast in the begining so we could have followed the weaving part. Very nice chair.

Good points, I’ll be more discriminate next time and make sure I show more of the details and assume less. Thanks!
