I just purchased a home and was interested in installing this for my basement. I've been searching for a video like this all over youtube but I couldn't find one that was as detailed as yours. You have definitely earned my subscription and Im looking forward to seeing more videos from you. Thanks so much and take care brother!
Your video amazing almost finished one of these but needed rebar in every hole and to go up as high a 7 course s and across rebar every 2 courses wish I’d found you video sooner lol
Hi Ryan Always use either trench blocks like yours but solids no holes or 4 inch concrete blocks below ground here in wales .Love watching how things are different between our countries. Keep up the great videos Justin 👍
Would you help us do this for our house, we can provide all the labour and you can just supervise for us. Maybe provide online video help? is it possible? Do you have a video for the drainage?

Good work. You guys in Canada?
thank you, yes we're in canada Toronto
@@1kbconstruction824 Nice. I did my apprenticeship in local 2.
so do you have to use a sump pump for the drain?
You need a Gopro hero 10 or an osmo action camera they are durable for construction sites and waterproof.
Anyhow you're doing a great job wonderful
thank you, i have gopro just font really use it 👍
I'm waiting for part 2. It looks complicated so I want to see the finished product.
Looks good have you ever laid 12 in split face sometimes we lay them two guys to a block
thanks 👍did one time, dont want to see those again 😒 lol 💪🏼💪🏼
Did tons of block basements over 30 some years my back paid for it😩🍻🇨🇦
Oh no
did you end up having a final cost for this? looking to DIY one myself. tia.
It will base on the size of yours, the square footage

Make a good teacher buddy.
Looks like 12s. Those suckers hurt you we always use them below grade. You have to take the tough with the easy. No doubt you’ll make it look good
thanks 👍they feel like 12" lol 😆 way too heavy
@@1kbconstruction824 are they 12 looks like 10 either way damn blocks get heavy. especially the 10inch lintel blocks and 8 inch 2hour fire blocks.
How much do you charge for this project?
Depends
Lol Lil poonan right there
Look for the punani on the female blocks! I will never look at cement blocks the same again!
😂🤣
